Feast Burgers (Clapton) — Restaurant in London

I am a very regular customer of feast burger. I just placed an order with feast burger right now through uber eats. everytime i write down how i like to get my order done/cooked as i used to be a grill chef for nearly three years so i know a bit of the cooking. I asked him to do some slice cut on breast chicken pieces he said he can only do three cut as you all know or if you try roosters chicken or pepes you will see how they cut the breast pieces. I am not sure the guy i spoke to if its the owner or what if its the owner he wouldnt talk to the customer like this or reject the request like the way he did. He said he is the manager. But my massage to the owner. Dear owner i know how much you have to go through to established a business and make it run i am not sure if i spoke to you before on the phone but YOU REALLY NEED TO SEE WHATS GOING ON INSIDE THE STORE AND HOW THEY ARE HANDLING THE BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER. I am a very regular customer of yours everytime i place order i asked for it to do some slice cut but everytime its comes with two cut and the sauce dont get mixed properly. The guy who picked up the phone he was VERY VERY RUDE tje way he spoke its like he dont CARE ABOUT THE BUSINESS. i am not sure if hes the grill chef if he is- i am strongly requesting you please give him some extra training about the grill and how to cut and and do slices on chicken while hes grilling the chicken. So I've been eating here since it was established a few years back. Here is my conclusion.

1- customer service- this is one of the main factor why its not a higher star. Frankly the workers are don't care. I made an order and 15 mins in I asked about my order the staff said it was being wrapped (when indeed it was being still cook) then I asked 5 mins later and then he said its being made. Altogether I spent 25mins waiting. The workers where chilling chatting away. Best advice is order over the phone for collection. The workers most likely won't care about this review lol

2 - this place isn't luxury, whilst food was being made the whole shop filled with smoked, it was so funny I've never seen this before but I guess it gives it its touch.

3 - the food. Soo oooo they do use good quality food. For soft cheese they use philadopia rather than supermarket value. The lettuce is not ice berge. They use broice bun, and the meat looks good. But anyways the food was better here before so something went wrong

4 - the price is fair for what you get. I would say its a bargain, considering inflation etch.

5- they currently take cash payment only because the card machine doesn't work. 8th janaury 2023. If it still hasn't been fix u know there's tax dodging going on

Only negative is that its almost hidden away and definitely impacting business.

Food is awesome except the chips which are sub par.

Love the burgers and piri piri chicken and have managed to stay away from the milkshakes so far just for my own calorie control but its a losing war =)

Edit: I have returned to this place a few times and service is poor and the quality of the burger I had last time seemed to me was less tasty which my brother also commented on when I mentioned maybe it was a one off.

I was told many times this place would certify themselves as HMC and each time there is the same excuse that they will do it but etc etc.

Sad to say having previously given it 5 stars and gone many times when it opened that I won't be going back as much or at all.

2nd edit: came today (Oct 2022) for some grilled chicken I ordered 15 mins ago telling me it will be ready in 20 minutes and when I arrived they said they haven't started because "they ran out of chicken" but have some now! Customer service is complete trash. I would add swear...
