Boots Mate Street Hackney I was discharged from hospital post brain surgery and required anti seizure medicine. The prescription is clearly from the hospital which included all the correct numbering and format. The incompetent team at Boots Mate St Hackney refused the prescription because she said it wasn’t on the right pad and even after speaking with the hospital staff still refused. What a travesty. Now I have to go a night with seizure risk taking form over substance .Shame, incompetence and danger

Pharmacist is constantly late so the shop open wing is always delayed. Regularly close without explanation during opening times Staffs litter their cigarettes on the street

Staff throwing their cigarette butts in the drain outside. You’re adults, why can’t you be respectful? Will be reported to the council if it continues.

On two occaissions they told me that they didnt have stock of my medicine that I must take every single day without fail or I will be extremely ill! My doctor prior arranged for me to attend this boots in particular because they are open late and I finish work late and leave too early in the morning to go at that time (so after work is my only option). Being 'professionals', they should know how important it is that I do not be left without my medicine. I have become so unwell due to this and missed work and lost alot of money as a result. On top of that, after a hard days graft, I have to go to the pharmacy to find that they have either closed early leaving me stranded abd violently ill the following day or to find them open but a dopey woman who does this every single time by the way, moans at me about the time I have come to collect my medicine, speaking to me condescendingly and being arsey with me and completely unprofessional, when the whole reason I was sent to use this boots was for its later opening hours in the first place. Who is going to compensate me for my lost days to sickness and loss of earnings due to selfish pharmacists who want to go home early and leave me sick for a day for the sake of 20...

I am a 55 year old man and this was one of the worst experiences in my life: I wanted to talk to the chemist about a OTC for my genital problem as I was uncomfortable about telling someone who is not a specialist about it however, the customer assistant insisted on me telling her what was my problem. When I told her that I wasn't comfortable telling them and instead ask my query to the chemist, which at the time there was about 3 of them, they got insulted which is surprising considering there was a sign which explicitly said "If you want to talk to the chemist(s) in private, you are free to do so". Therefore, when this happened I left and had to go to elsewhere in order to get the necessity I had a right to recieve as a patient which was denied to me by one of the...

I would give 5 star star for the lovely Asian guy who worked there on Tuesday but am cutting 4 stars because of the rude lady on the pharmacy, the hijabi pharmacist and the other non hijabi pharmacist has a mark on her face, they are both so rude, I went looking for peptac which am sure they have as I always get it from my local boots which is way smaller than this boots. I asked her do they have peptac and she goes no, after I told her I get it from my local boots she goes to me ‘well that’s your boots’ how rude. It’s the same company. Boots really needs to hire people with knowledge and respect for others. As these 2 ladies are bringing boots reputation down by giving this horrendous...
