I didn't even want to give them one star, I got a burger meal a wrap and some wings and was heavily let down by the quality, chicken shops ain't always the best but this one shouldn't even be open, the burger was too chewy and so was the wrap' and the wings was a weird type of cold I cant even explain how the wings was as I've never had them like this before, id never want to stop someones hustle but this shop needs to be shut down and if reopened the owners need to be changed as the food is absolutely appalling they must of lost their minds its embarrassing' and I can only believe that customers woudn't give more than 2 stars if given any higher then it must be a friend giving them such reviews take my advise dont let them get a...

I came to this place a long time ago, since it was called “Sams chicken”. They had a name change and the food then was great. But I haven’t been very regular and it seems as though they have changed their chicken suppliers since. The chicken isn’t so soft no more, and it’s drier than it used to be. I don’t like the fact that their meals on offer doesn’t come with a drink, so their prices are with a drink don’t really make it on offer. But all in all they do have good customer service. They treat their customers with respect, they smile when greeting and serve as quick as they can. Waiting time for food in general is quick, but I have been there when it’s busy and have waited up to 20 mins for the food...

The guy that runs this place seems very pleasant and gives nice service. But the food is honestly terrible. I understand that you are open late, and you might not expect the most demanding clientele - but I guarantee if you drastically increase the quality of your food, charge a bit more, and keep the friendly service - far more people will visit and your profit will go up.

As it stands, I'd rather go home and have some toast than subject my belly to the quality of food you are offering. Think, if you yourself wouldn't be happy to eat your own food, you shouldn't sell it. Even if your clientele are drunk. Exploit them, give them tasty food and charge...
