Unhygienic and rude - Found a melted HAIR in the burger.

Went with my friends on 14th May evening and ordered two cheese burgers and midway, we found a strand of hair melted in the cheese slice. Complained with the store manager and after inspection, he told they’ll refund us. We accepted since we understand it could happen and didn’t want to create a scene and we threw away both burgers (obviously). But when asked, we were informed that refund will be given only for that one burger and not two. This is because we found hair only in that burger and not in the other. Do they really expect people to eat their burger after finding a hair strand melted in cheese!!!! Really unprofessional approach from the employees. Never expect such a service from a reputed...

I go to five guys at the O2, Covent Garden, Westfield and more on a regular basis, prob twice a month and I find the staff friendly, diverse and always with a smile on their face, however, Baker St Five Guys is not like this, all the staff are Indian, speaking to each other exclusively in Indian, they really don’t speak much English and you can tell a huge difference in the service, the female counter service is just rude, the cooks didn’t understand me when I said my food was missing and whilst I was sitting down eating the female from the counter came over and started cleaning the floor below the table I was eating at, I asked her to wait till I’m finished and she was very rude.
