Five Stars ★★★★★
From the moment I stepped foot into the O2 Five Guys, I was welcomed by an atmosphere buzzing with energy, a testament to the passion and dedication that goes into every part of their food making process. The decor is understated yet chic, creating a vibe that is both casual and stylish, and the staff is engaging and warm, making you feel at home right away.
The menu is a feast for the eyes and a promise of the delight to come. Five Guys' famed burgers and fries are the stars of the show, and boy, do they shine! The ingredients are fresh, the portions generous, and the taste is simply out of this world. The burgers are made to order and cooked to perfection, a juicy, savory wonder that is a love letter to all that a burger should be. The cheese is a creamy delight, melting beautifully onto the freshly cooked patty, and the buns are soft and fluffy, providing the perfect backdrop to the symphony of flavors within.
The fries are a revelation on their own. Hand-cut and fried in 100% peanut oil, they are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned just right. The portion size is more than generous, serving as a delightful side that complements the burgers perfectly.
And don't even get me started on the milkshakes! They're rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. The range of mix-ins allows for a personalized touch that adds to the overall experience, making every sip a treat to savor.
What sets O2 Five Guys apart, however, is not just the delicious food, but the impeccable service. The staff is attentive and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that every customer is satisfied. The speed at which the food is prepared without compromising on the quality is a testament to their dedication to providing a top-notch dining experience.
In conclusion, O2 Five Guys is a culinary gem, a haven for food lovers, and a testament to what a fast-casual dining experience can and should be. The combination of mouthwatering food, a welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional service is a recipe for a meal that is not just satisfying, but truly memorable. Read moreProbably the worst Five Guys I’ve ever visited. Some of the staff clearly don’t enjoy working there, my orders were wrong and the food was at best average for Five Guys sadly.
Considering the location you’d think the restaurant would be run well. Visited there twice on the same day. Each time the queue was out the door and way into the area in-front of the store. We queued for about 10 minutes to order.
The first order was just for 2 milkshakes. Sadly they’d run out of Oreo’s so couldn’t make the milkshake my son hoped for. This was at lunchtime on a Sunday. I asked what alternatives there are (none are shown on the menu board) and the lady stated ‘all the other ones’. How helpful. When I explained I didn’t know what else was on offer she repeated (only this time slower) her previous statement. After a polite explanation that I didn’t know what else was offered, we were shown what else was available.
Some 4 hours later, after we had attended the event we went for, my son asked for Five Guys again. I was hesitant but agreed. Again, the queue was way out the door. Inside the store it was more chaotic than before. Staff not calling out orders loud enough so people were missing their food. Lots of people bunching up where you collect food and getting far too stressed. It seems that many orders were being made wrong. Mine was a victim. Wrong milkshake and the wrong burger for my son. My burger was correct but it was very average at best. The fries were just rubbish for Five Guys. Half cooked at best and no seasoning at all. Having waiting in total some 30 minutes to order and then get our food, we ate and left rather than having to wait again for things to be rectified.
Personally, I’d suggest you find an alternative place to eat...
Read moreyesterday, my friends and I decided to grab a bite before attending a concert and five guys was the choice.
upon ordering, i ordered my usual little cheeseburger with lettuce, mushroom, mayo & ketchup with oreo milkshake. upon paying, i wondered why i had to pay 17.10 when it usually doesn’t reach 15£. when i got the receipt, i saw how the cashier put in regular cheeseburger instead of little. i was about to go back to her but there’s another customer already so i went to the next counter but the cashier there told me to go back to where i ordered. so when that counter was empty, i told her about how she got my order wrong and that there wasn’t even a ketchup added. she said she can’t do anything about it. i reiterated my concern and she only kept saying she can’t undo it. not even a single apology. i don’t see how impossible that was when in fact it was only a couple of minutes when i ordered, that’s enough time to change it. she didn’t even ask for senior colleagues help her if her problem is that she doesn’t know how to dispute a card payment? i just don’t understand. i proceeded to end our conversation as i don’t see any point when the other party refuses to listen. also, to point this out, i waited quite some time before i got my cheeseburger so i don’t see how “she can’t change my order” by the time i asked her.
as expected, i wasn’t able to finish my cheeseburger. i’m a petite lady and i hate wasting food & money. and of all the other five guys i’ve tried in different places/countries, this is by far the worst experience i’ve had.
I was served by Nahida. Hoping this will teach the management to educate their staff with proper plans on what best to be done when staff messes up...
