I wish I could give 0 stars and report them as I seriously want to see how their kitchen looks and what products they sell. I have never been so shocked about the food quality or service in a restaurant and I have been to many different restaurants across the world, cheap and expensive.
I am certain that the other reviews are either written by friends of the owner or the staff themselves or by people who ordered meals in which the bad food quality is not as obvious. But even then, people usually leave good reviews if it was really good which I just cannot see being the case with this restaurant. I don’t think anyone goes back a second time.
A 4£ sainsburys oven pizza is of higher quality than what they offer their customers for double or triple the price. The sausage, chicken and ham they add to their pizzas is honestly appalling quality and I’ve never seen or tasted such a horrible pizza which is difficult to achieve.
Additionally for their super cheap quality items they charged me 6£ extra - 2£ per extra - that I requested in my calzone. That in itself is shocking as that’s a whole decent meal elsewhere.
Additionally when I complained about my calzone not being hot (it was meant to be right out of the oven but was warm at most) to the extend that the cheese inside didn’t even melt, I had to wait another 20-30 minutes for another pizza (which I didn’t even ask for, I just wanted it back in the oven for 5 more minutes to raise the temperature but I guess that’s their procedure so fair enough).
What’s worse was that when they brought the new pizza one waitress and the manager came separately to me to tell me (indirectly) I was lying and that they tasted it and it was hot (which in itself is shocking particularly seeing that there is a pandemic going on and I had already eaten a bite from it). They were so disrespectful and persistent about their opinion of the meal and my “clearly wrong” opinion and made me feel so bad that I neither wanted the pizza anymore, nor stay there. I ate a little bit of it as I was starving but it was simply so horrible that I left more than half. The second one was hot but the cheese inside didn’t melt either which to me just again speaks to the low quality of the weird artificial...

I recently visited a restaurant inside the O2 arena with my friends after being enticed by free pizza samples, offered by two friendly guys as we were leaving a concert, that was around 10-11 pm. The samples were delicious, which convinced us to return for a proper meal. Unfortunately, our dining experience was met by poor service.
Upon our return, we were greeted by a female waitress whose demeanor was terrible. Her lack of enthusiasm and the visibly uninterested expression made us feel unwelcomed, a big contrast to the cheerful gentlemen who had offered us samples earlier. When we asked for tap water, she simply tapped the table to indicate a QR code and walked away without a word, leaving us feeling quite displeased.
Then, we ordered two pizzas (both a pepperoni chilli pizza) which were amazing. However the experience went downhill when it came to drinks. I ordered an orange juice, which was served in a disappointingly small glass for the price of £3.80. To make matters worse, it was served warm without any ice, making it nearly undrinkable. When the male waiter brought the drink, we requested tap water (for the second time) and ice. He agreed but never returned with either. My friend had to get up and ask for it inside, only to be told that they didn't have any tap water available. This was baffling—what kind of restaurant doesn’t have tap water, and why wasn't this communicated to us initially?
The service was exceptionally poor, with the staff appearing untrained and unprofessional. As a waitress myself, I was particularly shocked by the lack of basic hospitality skills. The chefs, on the other hand, deserve applause for the pizzas, which were the highlight of our visit. Just in case you visit, bare in mind that the service will absolutely not meet your...
Read moreUtterly disappointed, staff weren’t friendly and unapproachable. We firstly two soft drinks and just put a straw in a glass bottle - no separate glass with ice. Before we even had the chance to look at the menu they asked us what we wanted to order, I said I don’t know yet and asked for a second, and he stood there waiting for me to make a decision. In the end we ordered 2 starters and 2 pizzas. The starters arrived and they were really nice, however we weren’t even half way through when they bought the pizzas. We did say, “we’re still eating our starters” and they still left our food there which got cold. The pizzas were a further disappointment, the cheese honestly tasted like plastic and the ingredients weren’t fresh at all. We left over half the pizzas and when the waiter finally came over we told him we weren’t happy at all. We weren’t given the option of a fresh pizza or a refund just ‘do you want a big or small box to take it home’. When it came to pay he bill, he shoved the card reader in my face without even giving us a receipt to which we asked to see it first.
I came to this restaurant a few years ago and absolutely loved it. This was a horrid experience before what was meant to be a good day before a concert and wouldn’t recommend. We were the only customers in the restaurant at around 3pm and it really was upsetting. We had to end up eating somewhere else what an absolute waste of £55 for food we didn’t eat. We were happy to pay for the drinks and starters but not pizza. We wanted our money back! I read the reviews before coming and was really excited - our food did not look like the images on...
