Zizzi at the O2: A Slice of Italy in London's Entertainment Hub Zizzi at the O2 Arena isn't just another chain restaurant; it's a vibrant and delicious dining experience that perfectly complements a day or night out at this iconic London venue. My recent visit left me thoroughly impressed, from the quality of the food to the friendly service.

A Taste of Italy:

The food at Zizzi is where it truly shines. We started with the shrimp appetizer, which was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The accompanying focaccia was warm, soft, and ideal for soaking up every last drop of the delicious sauce.

For our main courses, we opted for two of their signature pizzas:

Margherita Pizza: A classic done right! The crust was thin and crispy, the sauce was fresh and flavorful, and the mozzarella was perfectly melted. Burrata Cheese Pizza: This was a real standout. The creamy burrata added a luxurious touch to the pizza, and the combination of flavors was simply divine. Every dish we tried was cooked to perfection and tasted incredibly fresh. Zizzi clearly takes pride in using high-quality ingredients and authentic Italian recipes.

Service with a Smile:

The staff at Zizzi were incredibly friendly and attentive, despite the restaurant being quite busy. They were happy to answer our questions, offer recommendations, and ensure we had a pleasant dining experience.

A Lively Atmosphere:

The restaurant itself has a bustling and energetic atmosphere, making it a great place to soak up the vibrant energy of the O2. The decor is modern and stylish, with an open kitchen that allows you to watch the chefs in action.

Plan Ahead:

Zizzi at the O2 is a popular spot, especially on weekend evenings. Be prepared to wait for a table or, better yet, make a reservation in advance to avoid disappointment.

Overall Impression:

Zizzi at the O2 Arena is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for delicious Italian food in a lively and convenient setting. With its excellent food, friendly service, and vibrant atmosphere, it's the perfect place to fuel up before a concert, celebrate a special occasion, or simply enjoy a delicious meal with...

I visited a Zizzis in Bromley many years ago and had a really nice chicken pasta dish that left such a delectable memory for me that I made it a point to revisit a Zizzis when I was back in London. This location disappointed me. I ordered the della casareccia della casa. I was not offered any Parmesan cheese and I didn’t know that you could get any until my daughter and my friend ordered the same dish and another waiter brought it out and was offered Parmesan cheese topping. This dish was so so, pasta that seemed to be congealed with a thickened mushroom sauce and bland tasting chicken. Nothing memorable. The fried calamari however, was quite good. Crispy batter and firm. When it came to dessert, I was told that the honeycomb cheese cake was not available (maybe it wasn’t or maybe the waitress didn’t want to wait on us anymore?) I was also charged the “optional” service fee of 10% even though there were only 4 of us. So in conclusion, 3 mediocre della casas, 1 disappointing rustica margherita, 1 small fantastic calamari, 2 absolute ripoff apple juices, for the grand total of ÂĢ102.25 with the very minimum service that was provided. Will there be a next visit?...

I came here on my 18th birthday after being recommended to by my very close friend, however this place truly failed my expectations. I ordered myself a salmon pasta or something of the sort and when I tell you this was the most fishiest and horrid dish I've ever had is an understatement. Salmon is not supposed to taste fishy, it only does so when it goes off. As a chef who has been in the industry for over a year, I would know if my food has gone bad and this was terrible, however I stayed quiet and continued to eat which was a drastic mistake on my part as you could imagine. My friends ordered a large pizza to share and the sauce and toppings were only dotted around the large flatbread. We were truly disappointed by this experience and it was a terrible birthday dinner. Single handedly it ruined my appetite and would have ruined my birthday but my lovely friends made the rest of my experience special. The staff were also very dismissive and rude when I was trying to pay, I was respectful the entire time but they made us wait over 30 minutes just to pay when we had other places to be. 10/10 would...
