Food was not good, cold, oily and tasteless. Even the chicken was not flavoured nicely... Just completely covered in masala.

Forget the food, the service was the worst ive ever seen. We ordered drinks, they came after half an hour. There was something floating in the drink so I sent it back... It took a good 20 minutes to get another one after asking several times.

The food came quite quickly on the other hand.. And I really liked the Naan, it was delicious. But that's about it.

After that, we ordered some more drinks... We waited ages, another half an hour and nothing came.. So we cancelled it after trying to get the attention of another staff member for ages and asked for the bill.

We asked a couple of times for the bill, and then someone came finally, so we put the money in, gave it, and waited for the change... And we kept waiting.. After 15 minutes we asked what's going on. They came back and said you didn't pay. It was like a slap in the face, at this point we were really agitated and a few staff came round, still saying we didn't pay. Also trying to charge us extra for beer which we didn't order. So we asked them to check the cameras, and after all this drama they then found the money we paid.

Absolutely the most ridiculous experience I've ever encountered, especially waiting for that long each time, and then being told you haven't paid....

We are Flavour of India's oldest customer. I can say this because we have been visiting it since it opened at least once a month throughout. We enjoy dining in as the ambience is very attractive and food is traditional Indian. But the service has gone down tremendously. The people who serve are nice but the kitchen isn't able to deliver food out on time. The main reason is takeaway orders. The restaurant is packed but the kitchen is over busy with delivery orders and they make the guests suffer. So there is no chance you will get good service on Friday, Saturday or Sunday evenings. This is my fourth experience in 3 months alone. Today, we ordered 2 dishes and Rotis, received one dish with rotis and waited 25 minutes for the second dish to arrive. In the meantime our Rotis went cold. So, don't know how they expected the waiters to make us happy when we were struggling to get all the food on the table from the kitchen staff. If they can't handle delivery they need to shut it off. Or I guess they don't care of lossing loyal customers. For them Quantity (more orders)is important not quality( satisfied customer service). Even another guest complained is front of me for waiting 40 minutes for main food to come. He asked them to cancel the order. So, not a good service from the...

Worst restaurant experience in my life we went 4 adult Worse customer service Don't ruin you day and money Just order lamb chops chicken malai Salad chilli naan and coke chips vegetarian platter chilli mogo We had to ask few times to receive the menus After long wait someone took the order Lamb chops and malai kofa came first and bottle of coke no glass for drinks no chutney and no tissue We had du ask several time to receive tissue and glasses 20 min later salad and chutney when the non veg started was nearly finish i am vegetarian so I watch my family eating there starter or finish it after 30 min I received my food And when we were nearly finish we got the naan for desert 😂😂 Funny was that it wasn't even chilli naan When we complain the answer was sorry the restaurant is busy But I am paying I want service and food Every single dish came separately like it goes to a different table worse experience ever And yes food was very bad My husband said non veg was to salty Vegetarian kofte tasted like they put cardamom in it There is no appology from the staff only attitude IT TOOK 2 hours to serve starter so decided to eat main somewhere else But it ruined our mood and day
