1. Staff member that took my order didn't appear to know the word thank you, call me old fashioned but I really appreciate the simple niceties in life. No eye contact. Slim middle aged woman with dark hair and glasses. 2. Asked for anchovies on my margherita pizza, something I've grown to really like. I even asked one of the staff who were making the pizzas to not be shy with them as I like them, he gave me a very reassuring "no problem!", I really thought I was going to get a very satisfying meal.. I opened the box to check the pizza was correct before leaving and found only 2 anchovies (which l truly believe was 1 cut in half on the pizza) and both pieces of this lonsome anchovy were on the same slice! (See photos). I commented to another staff member who was standing next to me that I asked for anchovies and was disappointed. She and the pizza maker told me they were underneath the cheese, which was a lie. I mean do you expect me to be happy with that? 3. The pizza appeared to be cut with a blunt spoon and most likely in the dark, as 2 slices out of the 4 were the size of my hand and the other 2 were the size of a Dorito. As it wasn't cut all the way through, all the topping slid off the first slice when I tried to break it free. Just shoddy. The slippage prompted me to inspect for the "hidden" anchovies. None there. I'll leave a 1 star as the dough was nice, good crispy crust, could be better with a minute longer in the oven for my taste. And just to note, whoever made the dough, you did a great job! I did see large plastic trays with portions of dough in them so I can't be sure if this was made in house or brought in from elsewhere. But going by the standards I experienced I expect the latter. Sauce didn't taste of much, cheese heavily pooled in places, missing in others. Lazy. 1st and last time I'll be a customer. In fact a really regret not getting a refund. Couldn't be more disappointed. Pizzas lovers, go elsewhere to avoid a similar experience. They don't deserve your money.

Fantastic service. I booked a table for 10 people on Monday lunchtime (for a team lunch). I sent through our orders ahead of time, about 9:30am and it was very easy to organise the booking and the orders with the team there, all of whom were very pleasant on the phone and over email. They also were attentive to checking allergies on arrival. Once we arrived, we were show to our table by a very friendly face and our orders were immediately put on. They were very prompt with drinks too. I had mentioned the need for speed as we only had an hour for lunch. We started with the mac n'cheese balls which went down a treat and were a big success particularly with one member of our team! And then the pizzas came, oh my goodness. Utterly delicious. I had the Basil pesto, datterini tomato and buratta with the pesto aioli (because pesto on pesto is the best) and it was delicious. A great big ball of perfectly fresh mozarella in the middle which once split had the most delicious consistency. The base of the pizza was delicious, I believe they make it traditionally Neapolitan, and my word I would go as far as to say it was the best i've had in the UK. Everyone else enjoyed theirs just as much and we all agreed it was the best team lunch. We also got treated to a delicious, indulgent Nutella Pizza Ring - it's totally worth saving some space for this desert because yum! And considering there was 9 of us, the bill didn't come to that much, so great value for money. The size of the pizza is definitely good value for money. We all left with big smiles on our faces. 10/10. Kudos to the guys at Pizza Pilgrims for the work they do, and thank you for bringing it to Victoria!!

Embarking on a culinary journey at Pizza Pilgrim near London Victoria was nothing short of a revelation. The moment we set foot in this vibrant eatery, the promise of a unique dining experience unfolded. Our choice to indulge in a pizza adorned with hot dog and fries as toppings was a bold decision, and it turned out to be an absolute triumph. The creativity of blending classic comfort food items like hot dogs and fries onto a pizza was amazing. The result was a flavor explosion that danced on our taste buds. The addition of chili olive oil elevated the experience, infusing a subtle heat that complemented the savory goodness of the hot dogs and the crispy texture of the fries. To complement this extraordinary pizza, we opted for a refreshing lemonade and an indulgent espresso martini. The lemonade provided a crisp and zesty contrast, cleansing the palate between bites, while the espresso martini added a touch of sophistication, creating a perfect trio with the unique pizza creation. Beyond the culinary delights, the ambiance at Pizza Pilgrim contributed significantly to the overall experience. The staff at Pizza Pilgrim further enhanced our experience with their attentiveness and genuine enthusiasm for the menu. Their recommendations and friendly demeanor added a personal touch that made us feel like valued guests, enhancing the overall enjoyment of the evening. #PizzaPilgrimExperience #CulinaryDelight

Nestled in the heart of London, Pizza Pilgrims Victoria offers a casual yet characterful dining experience for pizza lovers of all kinds, infused with an authentic Italian touch. The restaurant’s ambiance is lively and inviting, with décor that adds to its charm—perfect for those who appreciate a cozy but vibrant atmosphere.

The star of my visit was the Smoky Aubergine Pizza, hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had. With a perfect balance of flavors, this dish is a standout, from the smoky richness of the aubergine to the fresh toppings that complete it. It’s not just a pizza; it’s an experience.

One notable aspect of the menu is its variety of vegetarian options, all clearly labeled for easy navigation. This makes it a fantastic choice for those looking to enjoy a delicious meal without meat.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, seating us promptly. Though we had to ask twice for water, their warmth shone through when I realized I had forgotten an item at the restaurant. They kept it safe for me until I returned, which was a thoughtful touch.

While there weren’t any particularly quirky features or special drinks to note, the food alone makes Pizza Pilgrims Victoria worth a visit. For those who seek exceptional pizza, this spot is a must. I’d recommend it to everyone—whether you’re a foodie, out with family, or planning a laid-back date night.

Food: 10/10 Service: 7/10 Atmosphere: 7/10
