in addition to the classic italian-style cold cut meats and cheese, they had a range of unique fillings and even have a vegan alternative for burrata and nduja?! we honestly loved both bc each one had different standout components - for the chimichurri steak, it was the smokiness and herbs and for the hake fish fingers, it was the refreshing miso yuzu mayo but if i HAD to choose a faveā¦the chimichurri steak!

The ingredients were fresh and the sandwiches are freshly prepared. The chicken parm was juicy, the sauce delicious, and the focaccia full of flavour.
The service staff are very friendly and happy to give recommendations. My only criticism is that although we are made aware of the waiting time, there is no sheltered area to wait. I had to stand outside in the rain for a while when my food was being prepared. I also wish there was some sheltered seating because by the time I got home, the sandwich wasn't warm and the focaccia got slightly soft.

We tried most of their menu, the meatballs and chicken parm are some of our favorites. Today we tried the new special of the month, la genovese, and I'm really hoping they put it as a regular on the menu because it was simply incredible. So flavourful! Everything on the menu feels special and cooked with passion. Once you try this focaccia all the other focaccia places cannot even remotely compare.
