The establishment was tidy and fairly busy, as it was around 18:00 pm when I gone in for dinner at the restaurant. The place was bright with lights and seemed fairly organised. -The staff was friendly and seemed to be only one member of staff assigned per section in the restaurant. Menu! As I had ordered the garlic pizza arrived in less than 5 minutes as it was very quick and efficient. -The Breads on menu section e.g. Garlic Bread with a light of tomato base was delicious as the taste of the garlic melts in my mouth was literally one of the best garlic breads I have ever eaten. As I have tried many garlic breads throughout many restaurants and gave many reviews , I have to say this particular one was absolutely scrumptious. Mains The main pizza took a staggering 35 minutes to arrive to my table, as for my opinion took too long to arrive, e.g. people’s food from people that arrived after me. Had arrived to their tables way before mine did. Forks and knives were not placed at the table beforehand. I had to ask a waitress to supply forks and knives for me, as they didn’t seemed to take noticed. Mains As for the main “Tuscan pork fennel sausage, wild broccoli pesto base, mozzarella,” I could say that it had an ‘interesting flavour’. Mainly because l I have found the taste of the ‘Tuscan pork sausage’ very strong and the wild broccoli overpowers the taste and there was very little muzarela on top of the pizza. Nevertheless it could be the way the pizza was built therefor could explain why becomes overpowering taste. but I could rate it, as one of my least favourites pizzas because of the overpowering taste. As you the reader it could be that you could either enjoy it or not, I presume it would depend from taste to taste. I have rated this particular Franco Manca in London Bridge a 3 star not only because of the food’ I choose it’ but I’m also rating the dish presentation, also the rating also comes to reflect for the waiting time. Everything exceeded my expectations. The kitchen is open and clean, as is the restaurant. The staff are friendly and the food is delicious. It has many branches in London. It is an Italian restaurant specializing in sourdough that rests for 24 hours before being cooked. Each pizza is for one person, very delicious and costs between 6-9 pounds. The tiramisu was without alcohol. I highly recommend trying it.

Went there with my wife and a relative on a Saturday evening. We walked into the restaurant and at least 3 waiting staff saw us entering, but none of them greeted us. One of them was actually arguing with one of the bakers about another customer's order. Seeing that we were waiting and no-one was inviting us in, he asked us to come in and pointed to a table that was free. We sat down and a member of staff came to take our order. We went for a Margherita, Amatriciana and Italian Smoked beef pizza. As drinks, I got tap water, my wife asked for a cup of hot water with a slice of lemon and her cousin for a Coke. The Coke came with a glass that probably had just been washed, as it was very warm and they filled with ice to bring its temperature down. Our relative wasn't happy about that and she asked for another glass. The staff were happy to change it. Pizzas came within 10 minutes. My pizza, the Italian smoked beef, was quite dry underneath the slices of beef, grana padano and ruccola. Was expecting to see a bit more melted cheese on it. My wife and her relative's pizza had the right consistency. When it came to paying the bill, we asked them to take the service charge off as we waited quite long to be invited in, we weren't offered a check back and my pizza was dry. This is the first time I've been to this branch and I'm hoping this was a fluke. Hopefully the next time we visit, all the issues we've experienced will have disappeared.

That tried to herd everyone on the left small space , appreciate quieter and easy to clear , but felt robotic . People not engaged with on entry , no greet , how are you . It was about keeping people to tables to clear at end of day quick No add ons with food ,salad and coffee ,desserts ,? Talk guy who grunted tables lyo me was that one there that one or that one ? Ok I will sit there then. Other people came in ( a family 2 adults 3small little ones ) because been herded to 1 small area they were clearing lots up from previous table (not busy ) while they waited and plenty of tables free.,no engagement with children at all ? No colouring to give mum and dad a break ?need kids packs Franco ...... One manager rolling stones tee shirt ? Is that uniform didn't look managerial ? phone in back pocket apart from.chatting to the team was reluctant to engage with any customers .she preferred her conversation with them And it was basic with customers ? Pizzas left on side without picking up and out , and at one point a delivery was slid in a box from plate from tall guy ? Not great , chucked in with no care. I would have been furious . One couple didn't want to be herded into the corner and because they were away ,she waved for attention a few times .in the end I had to ask female manager is the lady to get someone to serve them? Tall guy not far away too busy doing nothing for some time and walked past once . One lady leaving shift , hugs kisses with all team ,and loads of loud banter with kitchen shift ,took good 5 minutes to leave , couple next to me said shame not same focus on us waiting for food ?AGREED Alex did his best . I asked him how he would rate service and he said 8/9 , great team spirit . I said I rated 5 because if that team spirit seen coversations between team and the long goodbyes was given to customers it would be 9. I eat in Bromley / kings cross and Victoria and this service is the worst .no regard for the people in front of them , poor engagement and lack of care . Give the customers some attention and not the team member...
