Franco Manca Stoke Newington — Restaurant in London

soggiest pizza I have ever had, if you are into wet pizza that feels like it is dipped in water then come along to franco manca. The kids loved it but they are happy with any sort of bread and cheese combo and a huge plus was kids eat free but apple juice was £2.80 and only filled 2/3rds of the small glass.

Our server Anna was lovely but either she didn't understand what I've asked or didn't acknowledge my enquiries.

I've asked if there is Cordial so I may mix this with my cider and she just says let me see and only brings me a can as I do not know what a can of English cider looks like, then when she had come to ask if all is well I told her everyone enjoyed there food except for as I it I'd not to my expectations and standards.( not crispy, soggy bottoms ,crust and lackful toppings) Anna just listened and walked off, I'm hoping she didn't understand or otherwise this is plain rude service.

The kids ate free which I didn't know off so I've given this 3 stars.

Spent £60 and unfortunately Gordon,pizza union, detroit pizza and lia Lucia are far better than Franco Manca pizzeria.

Even the starters of mushy olives,peppers and quarter burratta was just a sad sight and taste.

Atleast I've tried this and can say this was not pizzeria I would step into ever again.

Overall from the soggy pizza and mushy appetisers, the kids had good time, kids eat free...

I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent pick up experience as a delivery driver from your restaurant. Unfortunately, This branch staff didn't treat me with respect ( Other riders as well). Today I go there for pick up a food.Then i called the staff, but instead of checking my order, they gestured from inside to indicate a time. The issue is, without checking our order (and there are many other riders waiting), how can they say it'll take 5/10 minutes? And again i called this branch staff, then she came, i asked her, how you know my order number? Without check my number? And With me 5/6 riders waiting for pick up foods. Then one skinny staff coming, he argue with me in your stoke newington branch outside.. And he said, we are not bother, if you Don't like our service, cancel your order? He so rude, his attitude look like i m going to your restaurant as like a beggar ??

They often do this, which is disrespectful to us and a waste of time.

I hope you can look into this and take necessary steps to ensure better service in the future.

Just had an absolutely wonderful experience at Franco Manca, and I have to give special recognition to our waitress Francesca. From the moment we sat down, she made our evening exceptional. Francesca was incredibly attentive without being intrusive - she had perfect timing for checking in on us and was always available when we needed something. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she gave us some great recommendations that really enhanced our meal. The pizza was fantastic as always, but Francesca’s warm, professional service really made the difference. What stood out most was her genuine friendliness and how she made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. She handled everything with a smile and clear expertise in what she was doing. Franco Manca is lucky to have someone like Francesca on their team.
