Came in, Not acknowledged by anyone athough there was 3 waiters and 2 ( seemingly) managers.
I asked a waiter about the breakfast, he told me to sit in an area of the restaurant.
I had to wait 47 min to be attended to!!! 47!!!! .. and that was only because I called one of them, raising my voice asking if it was ok to be served 🙃 !
I was gaslighted saying she thought I was served:
After she let, another waitress known, I was finally given a menu. She apologised and offered my coffee on the house which I appreciate. (although in truth, I would prefere she had come to take my order to start of with).
Conclusion: If you come with company, on business meeting or just if you only have an hour to eat = AVOID
The atmosphere and deco is good 👍. In fact, managers are taking more attention and care to the plants and fixing the chairs angle than making sure guests are being attended to. For a second, I wish I was a plant... just to get attention!! Lol

Read moreFremantle, a new restaurant in Royal Victoria (formerly Dockland Bar and Grill) located within the Crown Plaza, boasts a tempting offer: 50% off food with a welcome drink! We seized the opportunity for a Thursday night dinner. Here's the breakdown:
Hits:
Ambiance: The vibe was pleasant, and the location is great. Service: Polite and friendly staff. Food: Fresh and tasty. My salmon, though slightly overcooked, was still enjoyable with the crunchy wild rice.
Misses:
Service Speed: The biggest letdown was the slow service. It took 45 minutes for our food to arrive, and the restaurant wasn't even that busy, suggesting potential understaffing. Tiramisu: A major disappointment. The ladyfinger biscuits were crunchy, but the coffee flavor was completely absent. It was basically cream-filled biscuits.
Overall, Fremantle has potential, but the slow service and underwhelming dessert need improvement. If you're in the area and don't mind the wait, the food and ambiance are decent. Just skip...
