SHISHA GARDEN GRILL — Restaurant in London

I’ve been a regular at this spot for the last 11 years. One of the main reasons why I choose to come here is because I’m comfortable. The seating arrangements they have allow you to relax more compared to other shisha lounges. The shisha which I go for all the time is Grape and Mint (more grape) and it hasn’t let me down so far. I don’t like to change my shisha flavour so I haven’t tried the other flavours.

The staff are polite, easy-going and welcoming. Easy to have small talk with them whenever I come. The staff are effective for the most part although there are times when they don’t refresh the coals for the shisha. This however, is usually when it’s busy. They have a young manager who is there during the weekends and he is a very good host. He will go to each customer and talk to them, asking them if everything is to their liking and will do his best to make sure the customer is happy. He is also very generous and will not shy away from offering pot tea or a drink on the house.

If you’re driving, there are plenty of parking spots both on the main road and the smaller roads...

Please AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely disgusting experience on Thursday night. I attended with a group of friends and requested water for the table. At which point the WAITER explained he would advise against this as the water was unfiltered, contaminated and therefore unsafe for consumption. He informed us that the water WILL MAKE US SICK! All whilst our food was in front of us. This was disgusting and entirely put us off our food. The waiter was then challenged by us as we questioned him on how his vegetables and plates/cutlery are washed. He explained it was done with the same contaminated water. We demanded a refund and explained we could not eat (most of our food had not yet arrived) at a place with contaminated water. The waiter became AGGRESSIVE AND RUDE and suggested we request a HIGHER STUDENT LOAN. Completely irrelevant as he was waiting a table of full time working graduates. Rude management, terrible behaviour towards disabled customers. Have been to the restaurant a few times and the food was ok . But one afternoon was passing by with a family member who was disabled and required to use the toilet regularly and as we was going on a long journey I stopped at this location as I believe that I have been a paying customer on many different occasions. When the disabled person when In to as the management refused and say you must buy a drink . When the disabled person said I really require to please I'm disabled the manager refused and was very rude and didn't care at all and said only for customers. I asked kindly ok I dont mind but I have been a customer before many times . He said I dont care disabled get out . Companies/food establishments should not treat persons with disabilities like this . I am shock and I through I must share this . Never again I will go there and I really suggest before going here think how they treat customers,locals or people with disabilities. ...
