The driver came to my address but he did not bring the food to my door. The satnav will direct you to the car park but my house is one of the first five house of my close and you can see it from the road. They are the only houses which has a grass front lawn on that road. I watched the driver come out to the road at the start of my close, I called out to him and he looked over at me, he then turned his bike around and proceeded to deliver the food to another door, I don't know what door he delivered it to but the app on my phone had changed the status to Delivered.

Then he rode off!

I now have no money as I used my last £10 to order the chicken burger and one piece of chicken from Favourite Chicken and NO FOOD!!! I called Just Eat and all they could tell me was that it will be investigated... that is all very well but what about my food and what about my money, AS I DON'T HAVE EITHER!!!!

I even went down to Favourite Chicken but the owner could not do anything and they could not honor it, they just said it was up to Just Eat.

This is disgusting treatment from Just Eat and I expect more from them. I will be never be using Just Eat again, I will have to rely...

Super slow! I have placed my order through Just Eat, although I live about 3 minutes walk. Just wasn't able to leave home. Was waiting very long time (about 50 mins more then it should be) more then it was written on the website. Couldn't get in touch with this takeaway nor with the Just Eat. Don't recommend for ordering! Edit: Ok, looks like it was a Just Eat fault. The guys in the chicken shop had to prepare the food again. One of them was super helpful and prepared my order again. Now they will have to get the money back from Just Eat. After 2.5 hours it is shown on the way 😂 ... still. Just Eat is rubbish! Can't even get...

What happened to Favourite Chicken Beckenham?

They refurbished, the conditions were hygienic and they served the best chicken wings meal I have ever had…then this!

The server ignored the customers and prioritised the deliveries.

The menu has changed and my 6 wings meal and the 2-3 piece chicken meals are gone, however nothing can explained the over-cooked greasy carnage I received so called “Wing Dinger Meal”…it’s certainly not a “Dinger”.

Absolutely disgusting service and even more disgusting food……grease...
