Ignored,waited an hr for someone to come to me and that was the owner himself and when I said that noone attended to me despite having enough staff who were constantly passing me by,his response was rather disappointing;he made excuses that customers sometimes take time to decide what to order so Staff don't attend,that I had headphones on. I'm unsure since when customers are to be blamed for being ignored. Instead of listening,apologising and acknowledging service failure, he asked me what I want to order and when I said I'm on my way out,nothing anymore,thanks, he said OK and thanks and left. Clearly this is an owner who cares about money making and not about caring for customers and his reputation. He clearly has enough ppl to visit so the way he sees it he doesn't need to care for 1 customer. Would never come back,shame cause attended few times before and it is my local but with that attitude I will gladly spread to all my family and friends to avoid this place. The one think that matters in business is to keep customers happy ,respect them and take ownership when things go wrong,this way ppl might come back and I would come but if his reaction would be different. There was another couple who waited for too long and had to get up and get the menu,didn't look pleased either. He even came to 2 ladies and asked them whether they want something else and they said no, so that was his way saying get out really cause as soon as they got out the was a group of ppl waiting to be seated. Holy Bella is a cozy cafe that I stumbled upon recently, and I have to say, it was a delightful surprise. The decor is modern and minimalist, with touches of greenery and warm lighting that create a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. It's the perfect spot to catch up with a friend over coffee or grab a quick bite to eat.

Speaking of food, the menu at Holy Bella is quite impressive. There are plenty of options to choose from, including a range of breakfast dishes, sandwiches, salads, and sweet treats. Everything is made fresh to order, and you can definitely taste the difference. The avocado toast, in particular, was a standout for me - it was perfectly seasoned and came with a generous amount of creamy avocado.

The coffee is also excellent. They use a local roaster, and the baristas clearly know their craft. I ordered a cappuccino, and it was beautifully presented with latte art on top. The foam was velvety smooth, and the espresso had a rich, bold flavor that was perfectly balanced with the milk.

One of the things I appreciated most about Holy Bella was the service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They were happy to answer any questions I had and offered helpful suggestions when I was indecisive.

I have been to this Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Award Winning Cafe lot's of times before. The Food Hygiene Rating's at this Exceedingly Excellent Cafe have Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating's. All of the Staff including the Owner of this Cafe whom all work in Collaboration with each other have many good qualities in themselves and they all look after me all of the time to the very best of their ability and they also are very good role models in society as well. The Halloumi Salad with Coleslaw is very tasty indeed and the Smoothies at this Exceptionally Beautiful Cafe are very refreshing indeed. The Earl Grey Tea and Latte Coffee are both amazing drinks indeed. The Cappuccino Coffee is very nice indeed. All of the Staff including the Owner of this Cafe have to be nice towards all of the Customer's whom come to this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming Cafe so that they keep coming back again and again. In addition to that the main aim for all of the Staff once again whom all work in Collaboration with each other is to make sure that everyone whom comes to this Cafe has a very good experience at Holybella Cafe in North Finchley all of the time. For me personally I have always had a wonderful time at Holybella Cafe all of the time and I will definitely be coming back to this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming 5 Star Award Winning Cafe again in the Foreseeable Future...
