Hopper Coffee — Restaurant in London

One of the slowest coffee shops I’ve ever been to — and I’ve lived in London for over 10 years. Three staff behind the counter, barely any customers inside, and still it takes 5+ minutes to make a simple coffee. I’ve passed by this place four times over the months, and every single time it’s the same story: painfully slow service, staff chatting and laughing while pretending to work.

Most recently, I checked and saw I had 5 minutes before my train. The shop was nearly empty, so I thought I had time for a quick coffee. Big mistake — I paid, waited, and eventually had to run for my train without getting my drink. So not only did I waste time, I paid for something I didn’t even receive.

If you’re passing by on the way to the station, don’t bother — you’ll likely miss your train. This place is consistently slow and...

When I first tasted their oat mocha, it was perfectly balance hence it encourages me to come back a few more times but somehow on my last 2 oat mochas the taste is different...the perfect balance of coffee and chocolate on oat milk is no longer the same. It only tastes hot oat milk,unfortunately. Maybe it depends on the barista but I believe that the recipe should be intact. We'll still come back now and again hoping to taste the oat mocha that I liked...

Just had the most lovely breakfast experience here. The food was incredible and very affordable for what you get. The staff were fantastic too, chatty and engaging. One of them even ran out to help push a car that broke down in front of the railway crossing!

Well worth the drive past many other cafes closer to my house for the experience - and 1 hour free parking bays along Acton Park make it very...
