One of the slowest coffee shops I’ve ever been to — and I’ve lived in London for over 10 years. Three staff behind the counter, barely any customers inside, and still it takes 5+ minutes to make a simple coffee. I’ve passed by this place four times over the months, and every single time it’s the same story: painfully slow service, staff chatting and laughing while pretending to work.
Most recently, I checked and saw I had 5 minutes before my train. The shop was nearly empty, so I thought I had time for a quick coffee. Big mistake — I paid, waited, and eventually had to run for my train without getting my drink. So not only did I waste time, I paid for something I didn’t even receive.
