Indiano Pizza (Walthamstow) — Restaurant in London

Been a customer of the St James St branch for many years.

The staff are very friendly.

It can sometimes be a bit difficult to get through if you are making an order via the telephone so I have often just walked to the shop and made the order in person.

In terms of Pizzas, the Chicken Tikka is nice. Always hot and I have never ever had an issue with too much oil.

If you have kids then they do small 7 inch margherita pizza for only £1.50 (Aug 2017) which always goes down well and the kids feel special getting their own pizza.

My only real negative would be the phone which can be quite busy.

In terms of price and quality, you get very good value for money.

When we think of Pizza, we think of Indiano first even before the other big name...

They don't care about the phone order people. They put us on hold & taking other walk'in customers orders & the waiting time is way more than what you expected. The person who serve me took 4 orders with the walk-in customers while I'm on hold on the phone call. To order 3 large pizzas I have spent 16 minutes. Very poor customer service & the management need to check these reviews & take action. Finally I got the 1 whole pizza with wrong toppings & the person is blaming me that I gave him the order like this & hanged up the call. The service was rubbish as they had no manners. They made the wrong pizza and when I asked for them to remake it, he said I would need to return the pizza which will take 30min and he will make another but it will take 40min. I wait 38minutes to get the wrong pizza. He admitted it was his mistake and said he will give me discount next time although he won't remember. He kept saying I will make you another if you return the one you have! I won't be ordering from there anymore and they have lost a value customer as they have made this type of mistakes twice before but I have not written a review or made a big fuss until...
