I struggled with the rating because the food that was on offer was up to the istu standard. The service was nice and the restaurant was very clean as you would expect, but the lack of options on the menu and the fact you could only order by tapping the digital ordering device is really disappointing. I am a big fan of itsu and regularly eat it when I am in London so I drove a 15 mile round trip to get the food for my daughters birthday hoping to have a nice selection to chose from. Using the digital ordering devices are OK if you are getting a burger , but I have always found looking at the sushi dishes so you can chose what looks appealing an absolute must-have; it is one of the reasons I never use the delivery people when I want sushi. Sorry for the 2 star review, it isn't the food itself, but the lack of choice and what was on offer couldn't be seen as it was behind the counter. I bought 5 dishes in the end, but to top up the variety I ended up visiting Gourmet Sushi in Sainsbury's, which had a nice selection that I could actually look at before I purchased it. Note to itsu: If you are trailing this as new format, I wont be...

Disgusting Microwaved food, on hold so was cold when we recieved it.

Sushi fell apart and was in pieces.

My Gyoza soup was disgusting and tasted burnt, if that's even possible. The Gyoza themselves couldn't hold together because they had been reheated and split to reveal a grey unappetising paste inside.

My partner had the Korean style dragon roll which had not even been sliced.

The Korean vegetable noodles tasted like a desert.

The whole meal cost 30 pounds and we were told we could not have a refund, we were to contact customer services.

My partner who will normally finish anything without complaint left a third of his noodles, I could not get the taste of burnt out of my mouth.

So so so dissapointed, style over any substance, best to avoid, unless you enjoy overpriced microwaved food.

Also, a can of coca...

I recently dined at the Itsu in The Glades, Bromley, and was thoroughly impressed. The food quality was excellent – fresh, flavorful, and healthy options abound. However, what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service provided by Yoyo. She was incredibly energetic and maintained a constant smile throughout my visit. Yoyo went above and beyond, assisting me with the electronic menu, offering helpful food selections, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. She was constantly moving, cleaning tables, welcoming customers, serving at the counter, and even emptying bins. Her attentiveness and hard work were truly commendable. I highly recommend this Itsu location, particularly for the outstanding service...

Fairly new restaurant in the Bromley Glades near the enterance which was just what I needed before shopping. I had spicy chicken and rice. It was a good portion admittedly it did not look like the advertised photo as it was served on paper cup/bowl as oppose to a flat container. I also had a cup of peppermint tea which I surprised myself by having no sugar even though I had asked for it. Its self service and your number is displayed when it ready for collection. Someone cleans table after use do the restaurant is kept clean. Would recommended a visit.

The food is so good; arrives at the perfect temperature to eat immediately. The service is polite and prompt. And the premises are kept to a clean, high standard. I’ve dined here mostly on the weekends or in the evening, and each time the capacity varies. Yet, there’s always seating available; the staff are no less flustered; and the music is kept at a volume that allows me to enjoy my own company/entertainment I’ve come with.
