KFC Bromley - High Street — Restaurant in London

Today I choose to have lunch at the BROMLEY branch KFC.. What a BIG mistake!

When I walked in it was not too busy. I sat my daughter down at a seat and she said mummy, it's too hot here. So we moved to a booth.. The booth was filthy!! It had chicken bones on the floor, chicken crust. And the last customer's food was still on the table.

I kind of asked one of the workers if she could help clean the area.So me and my children could sit there.She looked at me like I was weird. She clearly couldn't see why I couldn't just sit in that mess!

After She cleaned the table, still leaving the crust and chicken bones on the floor I asked another guy who was sweeping downstairs if he could help me by cleaning it.He told me to go fine somebody else.

I then went back to the same lady and said so please can someone sweep it as we cannot sit there like that.

The manager then came out and I heard her say... "Why can't she do her order as a takeaway as she doesn't have to sit in here" she then said "Or why can't she sit somewhere else!"

I was so disgusted with the level of bad customer service I recieved.

I hope for the business manager decides to watch the cctv tv back and witness my Children and I standing there, totally be in disregarded.. Eventually my children and sat back where we originally was in the hot area.

We now felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome.I went back to the counter.And for a bag so I can now take my food and leave the shop.

I have never experience such bad customer Service in a fast...

I was there today and tried to place an order from a couple of kiosks, when it came to actually paying I got an error. I ended up ordering at the till where I tried to order a £7.49 meal and got a £7.99 bill. When I asked why they told me the price rose today. Ok but the £7.49 price is on those screens and I guess this is an IT system so the new prices should reflect?

While I was eating there I noticed several ppl were trying to order at the kiosks too having the same issue with me, including a father with her 2 young children trying to place a large order twice. Absolutely no care from the personel to put a label or turn them off. Also the personel closed the entrace going downstairs to the toilers. I've noticed them several times having their toilets closed or locked. I think KFC just lets them run the place and they do whatever fits them, probably bored of cleaning the toilets.

I came here and ordered a krush only, they left me standing there for 10 minutes after it was made and they had just ignored me, when i tried getting their attention to make my order, I asked if they did milkshakes and she described the krush, I said okay ill have one then she walked away without saying anything to me and spoke to a driver instead then just walked over to the till without any forms of care so I followed not really understanding what she wanted me to do, then ordered, I saw the guy place the krush and then the order was skipped and not called out, eventually I was able to get one of the teams attention and they just handed it to me finally 10 minutes after it was made and then walked away without any form of communication Mind you it wasn't even that busy, there was just me and 1 man waiting for his food
