Let me tell you about my favourite coffee place- the one that gets me out of bed in the morning and feels like a warm aromatic hug in a cup! Their breakfast deal is amazing- your preferred coffee plus a delicious croissant- the pistachio one is a must try! 😉 They have something delicious for everyone- the gelato is the best one in London, lots of sorbets and rich delightful flavours! If you want to surprise your loved ones-get a gelato cake! You can choose from the rich and creamy pistachio & vanilla, the classic vanilla & chocolate or the refreshing mango & strawberry flavours! But here's their real superpower: not only is the coffee out of this world, but the team behind it is a dream team of caffeinated heroes! Always welcoming, they know my order before I even say it, I feel so spoiled! I’m always greeted with a smile by the lovely team members, Jade is a creative poet, always there to make your day, while Katie is the sweet one, gentle and kind. A big shout-out to the managers Edyta and Andrea who make my whole experience extremely pleasurable and are taking care of each and every individual customer. I’m so happy every time I see them interact with the others, truly this has become a second home with lots of laughter, great coffee, gelato and cakes. Andrea is a gentleman, perfect blend of skilled, friendly and true italian hospitality.

Edyta is a sweetheart, always taking care of everyone, including her team members, she has an eye for details and perfectionism, even artistry. Her smile makes my coffee sweeter, I entirely gave up on the added sugar… Here’s to my favourite coffee place and the amazing people who make it with lots of love!...

I ordered a birthday cake and unfortunately it's a very disappointing experience.

Placed an order online for a small gelato cake 2 weeks in advance for collection. Clearly stated the cake is for my son's 12 yo birthday(see photo). Upon arriving at the store, the staff could not find my cake, then said I didn't put my personalised request on the right box.

What's the note section for then ? Isn't that clear enough for you to put a few words on the cake ??

Nevermind I needed a cake.

I was given a normal cake from the big freezer ( whats the point of me ordering online in advance ??)

No coolant or ice pack given for the gelato cake takeaway- Nevermind, I got my own ice packs and cool bag ready.

But look at the size of the box, it's ridiculously big for the size of my cake. I told the staff the cake is going to move and smash. But that is the only box they have I was told. The box is so big that it won't fit inside my large cool bag.

There was clearly some damage on the side of the cake when I got home. The cake is not even placed in the middle of the plate !!

Taste wise its ok. But it's more sorbet than gelato. I believe I was given a wrong cake since its just one they took out from the general large freezer.

Lovely place, with a wide range of food items... walked in at a time of the day when it was very quite (around 1:45pm on Wednesday 23rd of October) the waitress didn’t acknowledge me despite having just one client, and when she did she didn’t say hello, but instead she said « give me 5 minute... » with a passive aggressive tone... Having in hospitality for years, I was taught to acknowledge any walk in client in the most polite way, even when busy (especially when busy). Fortunately her colleague noticed it and came to me straight away... I was meeting with family members and asked for directions... her colleague helped me and when I left she laughed with sarcasm, louf enough for me to hear it, probably because of my request... Didn’t get her name by came back inside to inform her that I will leave a review... She’s a blond girl in her 30’s with an Eastern European accent (probably Polish). From the date and time you’ll be able to see me on the CCTV, I was wearing a blue hat with a grey t-shirt, and a black track suits. Would you be so kind as to give me a reply, and inform me of her reaction and what she has to say in her defence.
