The owner yelled at us, was aggressive throughout our short time there and repeatedly breached covid-guidelines. We have tried many of the restaurants in this area and they are all far more worthy of support during this difficult times. Details of my Jalisco experience below:
My gf, her friend and I felt poorly the moment we walked in but were willing to give the place a chance despite the rudeness of their staff.
While the girls stayed seated at Jalisco, I went to get a beer from the nearby beer-truck (who had told me we could drink their beers at any of the restaurants with outdoor seating, including Jalisco). When I was ordering my beer, the girls called to me and said I can't drink the beer at Jalisco. When I walked back to our seating to ask who told them that, the owner stormed outside and said "I said so, i am the owner" in a very confrontational manner. I told him that the beer-truck had said that it was okay and the owner said that he didn't care what I was told. When I mentioned this to the beer-truck worker (who had already finished pouring my beer) they were surprised/confused and tried to make some calls. The beer-truck worker (not Jalisco) said that I needn't pay for the beer and apologized for the confusion while he continued to try to make phone calls to clarify what was going on.
By this time, the girls and I were fed up (and felt very uncomfortable) with the outright rudeness of the staff (the owner no less) so I informed the owner that we were leaving due to his unacceptable customer service.
As we walked out, he followed closely behind me sarcastically muttering "thank you very much, thank you, very good, excellent" in my ear. When we left the area and walked onto the street, he yelled something after us which scared one of my friends. He was very aggressive.
Not to mention that when we first arrived at the restaurant, he (very unpleasantly) told us that we couldn't sit in the sun because it was too close to other patrons and would infringe covid-guidelines (something he clearly didn't actually care about because he was already very aggressively speaking only inches from my face, without a mask on, while telling us this and ushering us to other seating). He continued to get uncomfortably close to me and speak to me in an aggressive manner throughout our time at his restaurant, all without a mask.

Upon arrival we had to wait more than 15 minutes for our orders to be taken, even having to enter to ask them that we want to order even when the restaurant was empty.
Second, once the food arrived it was not good, the rice was for the microwave, the beans tasted expired dated and the egg had pieces of shells. Apart from this, when we went to pay, I told the waiter who served me to please put the rest of the food that we had left over to take away and they started laughing and also asked me to bring it from the table.
Now to finish I tell him that I want to pay by card and he doesn't even show me the total bill for my table and charges me directly from my card. For this reason, I was forced to ask him to print the receipt and I see that they has charged me for a service charge when during the entire stay eating there we had to be going inside the restaurant to ask him for water, napkins, and other necessities that one has when eating in a restaurant.
Anyway, a friend recommended this site to me and because of her I didn't say anything about removing the service charge or that they don't have customer service skills.
In short, we spent £60 for two people, we didn't eat well and on top of that we left with negative energies from there.
What a shame such a promising business is run by people who have no love for their work and laugh at their customers.
Everyone deserves respect and dignity regardless of how much money they spend at a restaurant or whether they order leftovers to go.
Shame on the lady who was in the till to laugh at others.

He ido con mi familia a comer y sintiéndolo mucho NO recomiendo este lugar. Para que lo sepáis no tienen baños.
Al llegar tuvimos que esperar más de 15 minutos para que nos tomaran los pedidos, incluso teniendo que entrar para pedirle por favor que queremos pedir, estando incluso el restaurante vacío.
Segundo una vez llegó la comida no estaba buena, el arroz era de microondas, los frijoles sabían gastados y el huevo tenia trozos de cáscaras. Aparte de esto cuando fuimos a pagar le dije al camarero que me atendió que por favor me ponga para llevar el resto de comida que nos sobró y empezaron a reírse y además me pide que se lo traiga yo de la mesa. Ya para finalizar le digo que quiero pagar con tarjeta y ni me enseña la cuenta total de mi mesa y me cobra directamente de mi tarjeta. Por lo que me vi forzada a pedirle que me imprima el comprobante y veo que me ha cobrado service charge cuando durante toda la estancia comiendo allí tuvimos que estar entrando dentro del restaurante a pedirle agua, servilletas, y demás necesidades que se tienen cuando comes en un restaurante.
En fin me recomendó este sitio una amiga y por ella no les dije nada de quitarme el service charge o de que no tienen habilidades de atención al cliente.
En resumen nos gastamos £60 libras dos personas, no comimos bien y encima salimos con energías negativas de allí.
Que pena un negocio tan prometedor sea llevado por personas que no tienen amor por su trabajo y encima se ríen de sus clientes.
Todos el mundo se merece respeto y dignidad independientemente del dinero que gaste en un restaurante o de si pide para llevar lo que le sobró.
Vergüenza le tendría que dar a la señora que estaba en la caja de reírse de los demás que encima gasta...

The tacos were full of water from the salad, the tortilla fell apart and the meat had no flavor, totally inedible. Small portions for the value. They served us cold food, tasteless rice not 'fluffy' at all as described in the menu, the avocado was rotten, the beans had no taste of anything and the pico de gallo was only 3 pieces of tomato. The lemonade tasted like only water with half a poorly squeezed lemon. A very bad experience since the service was terrible. To the owners: Such a shame the owners work hard to build this brand. Your careless workers are ruining the reputation of this place.
