This is feedback to you from a customer. I asked you politely if you could add ham and egg into my potato - it was not a demand - if you did not want to add this or wanted to charge me a fee for extras - then you should have called me or gone through Uber to collect a charge for me or tell me directly it was not possible - if you wanted an additional fee - I was more than happy to pay. In the end the person cooking my food left me short - the potato was cold, the cheese that I paid an extra £1.60 for was not melted and the ham was soggy. There was no egg. So the only extra was the ham. Which in my view is deserved considering the lack of care in cooking the rest of my meal. I do not appreciate this passive indirect cultural approach. No customer likes this. It’s rude and patronising. Whoever wrote “next time would like to anything else free” on the package was firstly - odd, and, to me importantly; needs to learn good customer service skills. In the long run - having employees that can not communicate effectively with their customers their business views and resort to these inner personal manifested type of behaviours will only alienate them, and sadly make their own lives more unhappy and polluted. As for me - there will not be a next time. Once I leave I never go back!

A so so breakfast sausages was not nice the bubble and squeak don't know what that was that for me. Not a Original bubble and squeak carrots first time I seen it in a bubble and squeak tasteless and very flat if I come there again I will definitely not older that bubble and squeak had to ask for coffee which can separate also noticed have to older post separately also because it did not come with breakfast that's different for me also because every time I was a breakfast anyone else the toast is always included another thing if you are a big person the seats are bit tight and uncomfortable I rated 2 stars one for reasonably cleaned and one for the staff friendliness been here a few times to give them a chance don't think I will be coming again but you give it a try and think for yourself this is my opinion

Jenny’s – A Taste of Turkish Hospitality Jenny’s is more than just a place to eat—it’s a warm, welcoming experience. This Turkish family-run spot serves fresh food made with love, and the friendly staff make sure you feel right at home. Nothing is too much trouble, and they’re always happy to cater to your preferences. The menu offers an impressive variety, including all-day breakfasts—a real bonus for night workers. We had the mixed doner kebab, which was not only generous in portion but also great value for money. Every bite was flavourful and satisfying. A must-try is their family chilli sauce. Thick, creamy, and unforgettable, it adds the perfect touch to any dish. Whether you’re after a hearty meal or just a friendly atmosphere, Jenny’s delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended!

I’m genuinely convinced that every 5 star review here must’ve been paid off. Upon arrival I sat down and looked at the menu, with the prices being outright shocking, however I opted with the bacon cheese burger meal - £5.30. And I have never been more disappointed in my life. I went to order and the owner tried to charge me £5.90 and when I pointed out my menu he said his was different and that mine was wrong ?! So I paid and I waited patiently and when my food arrived I disgusted. For £5.30 at any good shop you would expect a large portion of food at least, but sadly Jenny’s Cafe couldn’t offer that. I could count on my fingers the amount of chips I had on my plate. And the burger was the size of my palm. That’s not even an exaggeration I have a witness. Furthermore, the actual taste of the food was subpar and the customer Service was abhorrent. I’m no food critic but I can wholeheartedly say that YOU SHOULD NEVER GO TO JENNNY’S CAFE - unless you enjoy bad food that’s over priced. Jenny’s cafe leaves a lot to be desired and with there being a McDonalds two bus stops down the road, Jenny’s cafe is the 1# restaurant to AVOID IN...
