This is feedback to you from a customer. I asked you politely if you could add ham and egg into my potato - it was not a demand - if you did not want to add this or wanted to charge me a fee for extras - then you should have called me or gone through Uber to collect a charge for me or tell me directly it was not possible - if you wanted an additional fee - I was more than happy to pay.
In the end the person cooking my food left me short - the potato was cold, the cheese that I paid an extra £1.60 for was not melted and the ham was soggy. There was no egg. So the only extra was the ham. Which in my view is deserved considering the lack of care in cooking the rest of my meal.
I do not appreciate this passive indirect cultural approach. No customer likes this. It’s rude and patronising. Whoever wrote “next time would like to anything else free” on the package was firstly - odd, and, to me importantly; needs to learn good customer service skills.

As for me - there will not be a next time. Once I leave I...
Read moreI’m genuinely convinced that every 5 star review here must’ve been paid off. Upon arrival I sat down and looked at the menu, with the prices being outright shocking, however I opted with the bacon cheese burger meal - £5.30. And I have never been more disappointed in my life. I went to order and the owner tried to charge me £5.90 and when I pointed out my menu he said his was different and that mine was wrong ?! So I paid and I waited patiently and when my food arrived I disgusted. For £5.30 at any good shop you would expect a large portion of food at least, but sadly Jenny’s Cafe couldn’t offer that. I could count on my fingers the amount of chips I had on my plate. And the burger was the size of my palm. That’s not even an exaggeration I have a witness. Furthermore, the actual taste of the food was subpar and the customer Service was abhorrent. I’m no food critic but I can wholeheartedly say that YOU SHOULD NEVER GO TO JENNNY’S CAFE - unless you enjoy bad food that’s over priced. Jenny’s cafe leaves a lot to be desired and with there being a McDonalds two bus stops down the road, Jenny’s cafe is the 1# restaurant to AVOID IN...
