Kew’s Children’s Garden could be an absolute gem — if only it were properly maintained. Unfortunately, there’s always something broken. Whether it’s parts of the climbing structures, interactive features, or safety elements, it feels like upkeep is just not a priority.
And the water play area? Let’s be honest — it’s been completely out of service for two full years. That’s the entire duration of my membership. No explanation, no visible effort to repair it, just a sad, dry zone that still gets promoted as a highlight. That’s misleading at best.
For a place associated with the prestige of Kew Gardens, this kind of neglect is honestly baffling. Families pay for quality — not for constant disappointment.

The garden has a number of section; Air, Sun, Water, Earth where kids can enjoy playing and learning at the same time. The wooden platform was sealled off so we could not go up.
