Ordered two smoothies. One of them was supposed to be kiwi n pineapple. Let’s just say for starters the smoothie is red in color. Has a rotten fruit taste in it. And for the life of me i cannot name whatever fruits went into this. It’s red and has seeds in it. Yet doesn’t even taste like strawberries. Only had 1 sip since it’s obvious some fruits were expired. The other one was a berry mix. It did have strawberry taste to it. Not a good one but at least the color is red, but it also has bananas in it which was not part of the ingredients. So all in all 2x £8.50 smoothies went down the drain. I would not recommend neither will I ever use again. Selling bad expired fruits trying to hide it among other ingredients is a health n safety risk, selling 2 wrong smoothies in one order is unacceptable. The bad smoothie was probably an older order that wasn’t taken n they just sent it anyway even tho the fruit started going bad as it had nothing with the kiwi n pineapple I ordered and had neither of them. As for the other one the ingredients are wrong. UPDATE: 45 minutes after drinking the smoothie that DIDNT taste rotten, I had a strong stomachache and vomited everything out heavily. It did taste wrong but I thought it was unwanted wrong ingredients and not rotten like the other. Apparently they were both bad, just one too much. I would strongly advise against ordering from this place as they clearly use fruits long after they expire and go bad. I don’t feel well even after vomiting I hope it’s just a mild case of food poisoning rather than worse. These places should be closed down n such people deserve to...

This is undoubtedly one of the finest acai bowl establishments I've had the pleasure of visiting! As avid travelers from Japan, where authentic acai bowl spots are scarce, stumbling upon this gem was an absolute delight. Our exploration of central London's acai bowl scene led us here, and it unequivocally secured the top spot in our hearts. Out of the 12 different acai bowl places we have gone, this is number one! We actually had three large bowls in one sitting. Thats how amazing it was!!!

What truly sets this place apart is the impeccable consistency of their acai blend. It wasn't just a mere icy concoction; rather, it boasted a luxurious thickness that spoke volumes about the care and attention put into crafting each bowl. Moreover, the staff member we interacted with exuded warmth and enthusiasm, making our experience all the more enjoyable.

The aesthetics of the store are simply charming, with a super cute ambiance that invites patrons to linger. Additionally, the availability of seating downstairs further enhances the overall comfort and convenience of the dining experience.

In sum, this establishment has set the bar exceptionally high, not just in terms of culinary excellence but also in creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for patrons. It's undoubtedly a must-visit destination for anyone craving a taste of perfection in the form of an acai bowl. Now that we are back in Japan I am currently looking at flight tickets because I miss this...

I regularly order a Brazilian way bowl, which I enjoy. Today, I unfortunately didn’t receive the greatest service. The lady was quite rude to me because I asked for my bowl for takeaway (which I always do). She said “next time, could you tell me you want it for takeaway before I prepare it”, with a n unpleasant tone. To which I responded that the ordering screen doesn’t give an option of it one wants it to eat now or takeaway, and I’ve always been able to get the bowl for takeaway without any complaints from anyone that served me. This was a really unpleasant experience as I am a regular customer and had not been met with such service before. May you please either update the ordering screen to include an option for takeaway or inform the employees to inform/ask customers politely if they’d like a takeaway or to eat in before they make the bowl, to avoid such an...

Just visited Jungle Berry in Wembley and tried their Nutella Açaí Bowl — trust me, these are some of the best açaí bowls I’ve ever had! If you ever have a Jungle Berry near you, definitely go and try it. Dealt by Very Nice & Welcoming Lady with Professional Service Miss, Heloha. Highly recommended! Thank you for the amazing experience.

Quick and efficient service, easy to order. However, not worth the value for money. £8.80 for a medium açaí bowl, which was very small in my opinion and lacked variety in flavors. After that, I decided to order an iced matcha, but it was very milky—I couldn’t taste the matcha at all. Plus, it had a lot of ice. Like, a lot.
