Hola Guacamole — Restaurant in London

Sadly I didn’t get to eat the food as my customer experience was so appalling.

I asked for nachos and they prepared tacos. I informed the lady making them that I had said nachos and she firmly told me that I had said tacos. I said I hadn’t but the tacos looked good and I would happily take them to save waste. Her colleague butted in to firmly tell me that I had said tacos and she had also heard me, I replied to say I know what I wanted to eat and I had said nachos but would take the tacos as I had said. She went on to say I had ordered tacos a few more times after.

Angry that I was told what I had said I replied to say that it’s an easy mistake to make and they misheard me, at no point did they apologize or say they may have misheard me.

They were working behind a screen so it’s an easy mistake to make but the customer facing service was awful and let them down

I have eaten food from Hola Guacamole 30 odd times due to its proximity to my place of employment and the fact that it’s one of the few places in Boxpark Wembley with healthy options. However I have REPEATEDLY found parts of avocado pits and the hard base of the stem hidden inside the guacamole countless times. I have brought this to their attention at least 10 times and each time they just say sorry half-heartedly and say they’ll sort it out. It’s been months and this hasn’t been dealt with. It’s very dangerous, and as I am wary of it now, I only end up with mild pain in my mouth however someone can get serious dental injuries. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately I was really let down by this place. We were going to see Starlight Express so stopped here for a preshow bite. The first time we queued up, we were ignored by the two servers. We circled Box Park and decided to give them another try. Finally one of them finished their chat and came over to serve us. I ordered a veggie burrito but was given beef. Luckily I am not allergic or religious. Obviously as a vegetarian though, I spat this out once I bit into it.
