I used their app to order like the first time.ordered at 3:18 , no confirmation for over 20 min tried calling,none of the numbers work so ordered elsewhere.A confirmation shows up out of the blue at 7:30,4hrs later!.order is in the kitchen,are you kidding me.we ate already.food arrives ,we accept because £44,has already gone through.but foods going to waste anyway,because who can eat again? We're all stuffed I am reversing the charge with credit card company.How can you operate this way.such a shame,although not authentic Korean flavours,the food is tasty.Hence,the reason for trying again.Sadly,you lost a customer today.

First time: We ordered from here as a treat.As a korean I am always craving korean food.So, my husband is always looking out for places local to us, as driving out to New Malden every week is not easy. We got 5 beef bibimbap bowls,1 plain fried chicken and 3 spicy fried chicken wings.Although an essential Korean ingredient of toasted sesame oil was missing from the flavour mix(in my humble opinion as a korean you cannot call 'korean' food Korean without toasted sesame oil somewhere in the mix),The food was tasty and well portioned for adults.Smaller bowl options for 10 and unders would be great as my 10 year old struggled to finish her bowl and had yo bin half of it.the fried chicken and sauces were great.other than the missing toasted sesame oil the food was tasty and the service we received for pick up was great.We will definitely return for take out nights.even just for the chicken.pick this over KFC,which my kids love but this is better.We already had some kimchi at home so it completed the meal.Order from their app for an additional 10% off.We will definitely return to this takeaway for some tasty food.😊.sorry no photos we ate everything way...

Chicken & Vegetable Gyoza: These homemade gyoza were a decent start, but the filling could benefit from a bit more flavor, perhaps with additional spring onions and spices. Prawns & Chicken Bokumbap: The addition of a fried egg to my order elevated this dish significantly. While the sauce was present, it could have been more pronounced.

Korean Fried Chicken: K Kitchen's Korean fried chicken is a standout. The double-fried method ensures a crispy exterior, and the Plum Garlic Chilli and Honey Butter Garlic sauces are particularly delicious.

Kimchi Jeon: Unfortunately, the kimchi jeon didn't quite hit the mark. The texture was different from what I've experienced at other Korean restaurants, and the dipping sauce was merely okay.

Discovered this restaurant on Uber Eats, and I must say this is the only restaurant where the food tasted authentic and just finger-licking delicious. My past 5-7 orders have only been from this place. The prices are super affordable and I tend to usually order on days when I have a promotion to save even more. Just from the food I can tell the staff make it with love and truly care for their customers. Have never looked at another east asian restaurant after trying their food and I’m not exaggerating when I say that they have not once disappointed me with their quality and taste. I’m sending best wishes and am very grateful to the hardworking staff and truly hope they never run out of business, it’s been really difficult to find truly authentic and tasty food nowadays and this is the is the only restaurant that can satisfy that craving. Thank you so much for delivering the best service in terms of food quality and taste, as well as customer care, I honestly hope that someday I can make food this good too hahah....
