I recently visited Kaspa’s in Bexleyheath, and I was thoroughly impressed from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was vibrant, clean, and family-friendly, with upbeat music and stylish décor that instantly puts you in a good mood. Whether you're out with friends, family, or just treating yourself, the environment is warm and welcoming.

The customer service was outstanding. Every member of staff I interacted with was polite, helpful, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. They were quick to take orders, ensured we were comfortable, and even checked in with us during the visit to see if everything was okay — something that really stood out.

Now let’s talk about the desserts — simply put, they were heavenly. The **variety on the menu is impressive, offering something for every sweet tooth — from warm, gooey cookie dough and fluffy Belgian waffles to creamy milkshakes, loaded sundaes, and beautifully crafted gelato. I went with the Oreo waffle, and it was absolutely delicious: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and generously topped with rich chocolate sauce, crushed Oreos, and soft-serve ice cream. Every bite was indulgent and satisfying.

What I also appreciated was the portion sizes — generous enough to share (if you want to!), and definitely worth the price. Everything was freshly made, well-presented, and served promptly, which made the whole experience even better.

Today we visited Kaspa’s and we had a horrendous experience.! It’s not the first time, but my 12 years love their desserts. So once we entered the place we went to seat as was busy hour. To our amazement and surprise one of the female staff started shouting at us in front of the whole store that this table is booked and we have to wait to be seen. My 12 years old, my self and rest of our family and friends, also the costumers around tables were shocked about this waiteress’ behaviour. Some of them even apologised to his on her behalf and felt bad for us. We felt really embarrassed as well also my daughter as everyone looking at us, and together with the manager they were laughing at us. We moved to the frond and we waited so we can been seen. The same girl came at the front after a while and started to be rude pointing the sign at the front and talking with very rude and condescending manner. I told her I haven’t seen this sign and she should keep her voice down. I asked her I want to speak to the manager but she turn away and she left. This behaviour is unacceptable. As a member of staff if she cannot handle the pressure should not be serving costumers let alone put in charge of the place. The management team should provide good training. I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this Kaspas bexlyheath The place was not clean, and the behavior of some of the new staff, especially two young boys with black hair, was completely unprofessional.

I ordered an ice cream that was already melted when it arrived. I had tried a bit of it and asked politely if it could be changed. To my shock, I saw them trying to put it back into the serving container after I had already tasted it with my mouth. I stopped them immediately and told them it’s completely unhygienic and unacceptable to reuse something that had already been touched and eaten.

They eventually threw it away, but only after I pointed it out. On top of that, they cut the corn and said if I didn’t pay extra, I would only get part of it—then they threw the other half in the bin. That’s wasteful and rude.

There were two nice girls working there, but they looked scared and intimidated by the boys, who seemed to be in control and behaved in a very impolite and unprofessional manner.
