DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE!

Worst place to go for a a good desert. Extremely pricy with rudest staff at the counter. I took 12 people there and the stinking attitude of the staff was as if they are giving out the food for free. First we were ignored as we walked in, No welcoming gesture or acknowledgement but we hung around trying the staff to make eye contact, but there was non. So we sat ourselves down after few minutes of hanging around hoping someone will attend us. Nothing after5 minute. As we had kids with us and promised them a treat and it was late we had no option but to stay there for kids sake otherwise we would have walked straight out. We placed the order and the guy took it with such attitude miserable face made us even more frustrated. Ice cream came half melted and delivered us the wrong order. When told them, more attitude poured in not a word of apology, different guy came back with the item yet again one missing. We just wanted to end our really happy day but our family time turned into a misery. We reminded him then he came back with yet another item missing or deliberately ignoring it and when told him again, he said you owe .50 pence more for the additional cone. After being insulted from the moment walking in, still spending over £50, delivered wrong order and on top asking for .50p. 😡 cheap greedy and out of class place.

I have never experienced this sort of cheap behaviour by a company that scale. Felt disgusted and extremely angry. Pathetic rude cheap greedy staff. Instead of apology and giving us discount or fixings the order he wanted .50p more. I raised my concern when walking out of there and told them will never be back to any of their branches again.

Guys find another place for good treat, there are plenty of other places. Don’t waste your money where you are made to...

Last Sunday I was driving by with my wife and I saw a new branch which had opened recently in Wandsworth 'Kaspas'. I decided to check it out, we was politely welcomed by one of the staff and she had sat us down straight away. As it was the first time we had visited the branch we didn't have a clue of how everything was operated in the branch however the lady had asked us if we had been here before or not and we said we didn't and so she had kindly went through how everything worked and she explained the menu to us and she also asked us if there was any queries regarding the menu as it was our first time, she also told us our table number and she made it clear to us that we had to order at the till, and also she asked if we wanted any cold drinks on table, we then asked for some water and as it was a hot day she had kindly bought us some cold water for us before we had a look at the menu. The menu looked very appetising and there was a variety of many types of desserts, I decided to order a hot fudge sundae and my wife ordered the Ferrero Roche sundae. We waited for less that 7 mins and our ice creams were ready, and the same lady had served us the sundaes who had sat us down at the table. The sundaes were very delicious and it was worth taking pictures of as it looked so appealing. Me and my wife had such a great time at the branch and it's worth visiting next time. I ordered waffle and ice cream me and my friend , I dropped my phone my fault before I left , 10 mins later I went back to ask the girl with the hijab she said no one handed one in. I was like you sure ?, my friend again rang the phone when I went back outside she said someone picked up a woman and said she has it ?, again went back she said no phone was found maybe it was those kids ? for the third time I went back I asked again! She asked her co worker ‘ walid’ he said what phone ? I said IPhone XR he said wait the girl with hijab went red blushed another lady with hijab came from the back with my phone , the guy walid very passive aggressive I said it’s my phone who else has asked three times but me? I said it was iPhone XR again very aggressively as I did the dam password! again he would not give my phone back untill i took it off him, my conclusion is that the new iphone was dropped and they wanted to keep it or sell it imagine if my friend wasn’t there to keep ringing it ?
