I recently had the pleasure of visiting Kaspa's Desserts, and let me tell you, it was a sweet revelation! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the stage for an unforgettable dessert experience.

The menu at Kaspa's Desserts is nothing short of a dessert lover's dream come true. It's a tantalizing journey through a world of delectable treats, and I couldn't help but feel like a kid in a candy store. From mouthwatering sundaes to indulgent waffles and pancakes, they have it all.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin. My visit to Kaspas in Wood Green was absolutely horrendous, and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Pietra, who was an absolute nightmare. Her attitude was not only rude but downright unwelcoming. It felt like I was bothering her just by being there. The whole vibe was uncomfortable, and I couldn’t help but feel disgusted by her complete lack of basic customer service skills. It's shocking that someone like her is allowed to work in a place that’s supposed to make people feel welcome.

Normally, I visit Urban Chocolatier across the road, but they were closed that day, so I decided to give Kaspas a shot. Big mistake. I honestly advise everyone to stay far away from this place and go to the store across the street instead — it’s so much better in every way. Don’t waste your time here.

However, I will give credit where it's due: Ashvile, another staff member, was a breath of fresh air. He was kind, attentive, and made me feel like a valued customer, which was the only redeeming part of this awful experience. I truly hope Kaspas takes a long, hard look at the kind of service they’re offering and realizes that people like Pietra are driving customers away.

In short: avoid this place like the plague, and go to Urban Chocolatier instead. I’ll never be coming...

My daughter is vomit and infection her stomach from villiana ice cream. I was found smallest flies and maggots in ice cream... I have to get away with it and bad service believes wasn't real made these fresh ice cream the day! My daughter went to urgently in hospital. I should report to hyenetic health safety by TripAdvisor like this picture from example photo details. There is no proof for health safety without good condition place doing there. No green sign hygiene safety on window, not unable go in Kaspas Desserts... No go, no warning made a responsibe careers business team are doing that! Just away from that, is such shame. The customer start laugh at me like that. My daughter's very upsetting, get is hurt with it. This your runs business is hideous food and desserts is way secret desserts... I found ice cream viliana flavour inside is smallest flies and maggots, I skip there won't eating... I get away with it, customer start laugh to me at is. What a joke! I'll never return again, that's disgrace...
