KFC Edmonton - Fore Street — Restaurant in London

So i am Dr mahwish abid , I visited today at Edmonton kfc branch today . I was with my family that includes 2 kids . There was an asian guy inside the restaurant who was apparently a staff member ( i dont know the name but i am sure you will be able to find out) . In front of us he shouted at a delivery guy which was witnesses by everyone there . I didnt realize how many ppl were inside , he asked me to stop outside to keep in line with corona virus precautions, which i did . On my turn when i went inside , was about to pay , he started to shout at my husband who was standing outside for no reason .when my husband said to him dont shout esp with ladies thats not the customer service that should be provided he said i will talk like this whoever it is. Then i said to him to behave himself and not to shout , then he shouted and me and pushed me out of the restaurant. I ordered 4 fillet burgers from KFC Fore Street today from Uber Eats. The fillet burgers came freezing cold, burnt and the chicken was like cardboard andtough. I have done a level 2 food hygiene and safety course and I am aware that this is a food safety concern, we have no idea if the chicken has been reheated several times, how long it has been left out of the fridge, if its been reheated more than once, in my personal opinion I believe the chicken has been left out all day and reheated in the deep fat fryer to then serve hot again, which has resulted in the burnt aesthetic. The salad seemed very limp and old too, non of the ingredients used were fresh, I believe that this particular restaurant should be investigated, I'm truly disappointed and disgusted by what I have received today.

In 30 years of eating KFC or buying from KFC and being a loyal customer I have NEVER seen or eaten a burger in this condition, I personally wanted to go to the restaurant myself and...
