KFC Harrow - St Ann's Shopping Centre — Restaurant in London

I was hungry and thought I’d grab a quick bite from KFC, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointing experience. First off, the service at the till was dreadful. The woman serving me seemed pretty new, and honestly, she acted like she was doing me a huge favour by taking my order. All I wanted was my chicken, not to deal with her attitude.

I asked for a chicken thigh, and she told me they didn’t have any—this isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue at this KFC. Every time I ask for something, they somehow “don’t have it.”

The real heartbreak, though, was the gravy sauce. It’s supposed to be nice and thick, hot, and creamy, but what I got was watery and tasteless. This has happened three or four times now at this particular KFC, and I honestly don’t know what they’ve done to it, but it’s no longer anything to crave. I’d be concerned about food safety if I were them.

To top it off, the chicken was burnt. Seriously, it felt like it had been sitting out, then reheated and dunked in grease. It was tough to eat, and there were even chicken feathers in it. If you’ve ever wondered what chicken feathers taste like, you’ll get your answer here.

This place needs a major overhaul—especially with staff. The food is horrible, the service is worse, and it’s doing nothing good for their reputation. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to eat. Honestly, I can’t recommend this KFC to anyone. It’s time to shape up...

I ordered my usual Fully Loaded Box Meal, comprising of chips, burger, gravy, 1 piece, and a tango. I can say I was not overly impressed. The chips tasted like they had been reheated half a dozen times as they were hard and chewy with no flavour. The gravy for dipping was extremely thick to the point that I made a crater in the middle from dipping away. The burger was a little dry, I think it needed a bit more sauce and lettuce. The only part I did enjoy was the piece of chicken which I could not fault, it was tasty and juicy. Tango? Well a drink is a drink.

The only real upside of this KFC is the seating area, but it is shared with other food stores so I think I would go for...

Everytime I come to this kfc I always have bad experience with them. There were 4 women behind the counter and some of them saw me waiting, they didn't bother taking my order so I had to come to the counter so they see that im waiting, the lady that took my order was Meitry she wasn't pleasant to deal with, I asked her if I can scan my kfc card on my phone and she told me they don't accept that, so I had to physically give her a kfc card which was hard for me as my wallet was all the way at the bottom of my bag with alot of things on top of it.
