As you can see on photo a bag full of grease containg only 1 chicken wing from 10 piece chicken bucket asked for small box got given a bag. Picture of coleslaw completely tasted fake even after constantly chewing was left with bits which I had to spit out. Remaining grease within box.

1 short Asian lady extremely rude to customer obviously using F WORDS regarding customer not even trying to hid them has cheek to say should I speak this different language scenario was customer said waited 45 min she checked monitor and in angry tone said only 15 min, all she had to say sorry sir it's only been 15 min and we currently working on your order.
Another customer asked for packet sauce employee who works in the back said sorry hands not sanitised yet used same machine to serve customers hot drinks which is cross contamination!!!
Another comer asked are you serving at the till got fully ignored.
When I complained online was offered £20 off saying as good will gesture, half my food went bin brought children to have dinner aftershock which they didn't eat saying daddy it's "tastes like jelly" but they meant oily due to this I had acid reflux and has to go emergency gp next day.
Ater remaining 18 times been ignored wasn't offered family feast worth money to give them a retry or other anything more for inconvenience got email did u complain at the store mangers discretion to be offered refund I told them situation attitude of employees and with my depression and anger issue situation would have got out of had for the sake of my family I choose to leave and complain online I even stated to check cctv on how they where preparing customers orders with no care what so ever, still wasn't offered any things else wasted my time, my money and family left hungry and disatisfied worst service from KFC next better off at normal fried shop.
Asked no wing pieces got 3 completely ignore u and rob your money!!!! Allowed kfc to rectify before given such bad feedback on Google but no reply back better off even at mcdonalds.

It's quick and efficient and means I can order ahead so my order is ready when I arrive. The service is quick and friendly and they have the vegan burger which I like. It is open early to late, so quite often the only food available on the street late at night. Its never too busy, and I've always managed to get a seat if I wanted one. The reason I've put 4 stars instead of 5 is that last night (21/04) when I went, I ordered ahead and when I arrived, I saw my meal go from "prepping" to "collect" on the screens above the till. I saw my meal there, it's a green wrapper, so it stands out, and then something happened and I was told to wait, as they are starting to prepare it now. I then had to wait another 5 mins. When I was done with my order in-store,I had a sneaky pic the kitchen and one of the chefs was touching his nose with bare hands.
