Where do i start?! Placed an order for zinger burger meal with a tea, lady anything else? Yea kechup please I like my ketchup how big are they I asked ( fully prepared to pay) lady shows me a sachet ok can I have 4 of these (as they are tiny) £4 something she says, touched my card, payment done. waited on the side 4-5mins lady shouts zinger meal, went to the counter been handed over just tea with a stirrer asked if i can get milk and sugar please ( don't know why the stirrer if no milk and sugar?) Hang on no sugar lady has to go somewhere to the back! Burger chips and my ketchup nowhere to be seen not to mention lid on tea ripped! Anyway holding tea waiting on the side 3-4 mins later lady goes excuse me sir you wanted zinger burger? Yes I said, all of a sudden 3 of the crew shouts for another lady who is about to leave the door, Oh my meal been given to someone else! ok got that back no ketchup asked another lady if I could get 4 sachets of ketchup, reluctant as if about to tell me no, quickly dropped 3 sachets in my hand and walked away, went and sat on the table opened the burger a disgusting cold rotten peace of zinger between untosted bun full of mayo literally 2-3 peace's of lettuce, took it to the counter lifted the bun told the gentleman look at it, its probably been there 1-2 hours and to exaggerate it abit told him it's colder then ice! he took it off me and said that it's not his job, anyway went back to my chips on the table a good 10 mins later guy shouts out zinger burger went and grabbed it thinking nice and fresh (remember waited 10mins) opened it see cheese and hash browns in there lifted the bun again cold rotten zinger topped up with hash brown cheese and chilly source ( am allergic to chilly ) as if bribing me to eat that rotten peace we have topped it up with free hash brown... Took it to the counter said to the guy come on I come here pay money not having it for free it's disgusting really bad service and the reply in a very aggressive manner saying you don't need to be rude (am shocked) so said can I speak to the manager please? the lady tells the manager who was just a few feets away on the other side I waited and waited completely ignored never turned up....left everything walked out just couldn't take it anymore, will be complaining to the head office or area manager ( need my money back)... And an advice for all the parents kids eat anything and these lot in there will feed them anything...

Dear KFC,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable service I experienced at your KFC Twickenham branch on 23Dec2024.
Upon placing my order, I was left waiting for over half an hour for basic food items, despite the shop not being particularly busy. The lack of attentiveness from the staff, specifically Fabiha and Rownok, was glaring. Neither of them seemed to prioritize addressing customers’ needs or ensuring efficient service.
Ultimately, I was forced to leave the premises without eating, as the prolonged delay was unreasonable and frustrating. I requested a refund, but this experience left me both hungry and deeply dissatisfied.
Such poor service does not align with the standards I expect from KFC, a globally recognized brand. I urge management to investigate this incident thoroughly and take appropriate measures to ensure better customer service at this location. Customers deserve timely service and respectful attention, and my experience indicates a serious lack of both.
I would appreciate a response regarding the actions being taken to address this issue. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Ps: I've attached the photo with receipt when I've arrived and paid and the refund time...

I was served by a member of staff who I had to repeat my order more than 2-3 times and he still got it wrong and then I was approached by the manager who politely apologized and requested to correct my order, just before leaving his restaurant for the day and instructing his staff correct my order.
The pictures I have attached above are of a “Big Daddy” burger which is missing all of its BIG DELICIOUS ingredients, so I approached another member of staff “Medhama” (one must see her for a classic example of atrocious service)only since the manager had left the restaurant at that moment and gave her feedback about the appalling level of service and the poor-poor quality of burger presented to me.
She believes that nothing is wrong with the burger without even looking at it and did not want to apologize or rectify the problem. Staff lacked ownership and basic courteousness.
I have been to KFC’s in different locations and this has gotta to be the worst dinner...
