KFC Vauxhall - Kennington Lane — Restaurant in London

This might be the worst KFC ever. They take absolutely ages to get your order, no way is this fast food. The last time I went here it took nearly 20 minutes for them to get my food together. When the young lady was finally bringing my bag of food over whilst apologising for the amount of time had taken another member of staff snatched the bag out of her hand and wandered off into the back with it. When asked what the problem was the staff member was ignored and the staff that had taken the bag proceeded to speak to a male member of staff in their language, she then handed the bag back to the young lady who was bringing to me only to snatch it back out of her hand as she was handing it to me-again. The woman wandered off ignoring the young lady and speaking her language- again- while the young lady stood at the counter apologising profusely. Then the 'snatcher' appeared at the counter and said 'she got your order wrong' guesturing to the young lady, who looked horrified. This branch is not fit for purpose; it's ridiculously slow (this was not my first visit here), the staff are rude- they happily speak to each other in their own language while ignoring both customers and other staff, and after witnessing how they treated the the lovely young lady who appeared to be the only non-asian staff member they are clearly racist. I'll not visit again in fact I hope KFC see this review and carry out a mystery...

I gave one star because you can’t give zero stars and post the review! This is the worst kfc I have ever had food from. I can’t believe the size of the chicken pieces! It’s a joke. I ordered 2 x 14 piece buckets and normally this chicken would fill the bucket and the top normally could not close! This time it was half full, the wings and drumsticks must have come off a baby chicken because there was no meat on them. And the rest of the chicken Comes from the back of the chicken which is just bone coated in breadcrumbs! There was not one sauce in the bucket for the chips or chicken so I walked back to the shop even though I paid for delivery, asked where the sauces are and was told we don’t put them in for delivery unless ordered. Well you can’t order them as there is no section on the menu to order them! Then the assistant in the shop is arguing with me about it and didn’t want to give them to me because I had a delivery and didn’t buy it directly in the shop! £55 bill and terrible service! I will never buy chicken from this shop again. I do not recommend anyone to buy food from there if you are hungry or want to feed your family! It is the worst value for money I have ever experienced! To set the scene; I have been eating KFC for 10 years, and I have loved every single one. Today however, I had one of the most disappointing experiences of my life. I came here with a first date. It had been going really well, we’d been getting on amazingly, she was really funny and kind. We order two trilogy box meals on the screens and wait for our number. The number doesn’t get called up for 25 mins which is already unfortunate. When it finally gets called up, we go to get our food. The server starts flirting with my date as we pick up the food. They start chatting and I start feeling quite uncomfortable. After about 5 minutes of awkwardly standing whilst they flirt, my date tells me that she doesn’t want to come back with me anymore. Dismayed and embarrassed, I start walking out with my trilogy box meal. I turn back as I walk out the doors to have one last look at the situation and my date is leant over the counter kissing the server. I can’t believe that my date has been stolen by your slimy employee. I walk home hoping to have my mood boosted by a tasty chicken meal. The mini fillets were stale and the chips were soggy.
