KFC — Restaurant in London

Today I order my casually weekly take out! And yea I was craving KFC. I decided to try JustEat delivery platform that I must say is THE BIGGEST LOAD OF RUBBISH I’ve ever used, got shoved about to computers online because they have no contact number that works for an hour because I haven’t received my food!!!! I payed for it... so obviously I’d like the food or a refund.. long story short no luck! No food and out of pocket! so I called the restaurant which was the KFC on old Kent road south Bermondsey to see if they could help. Let’s just say I was remaining patient but I’ve now been waiting hours so although I feel I was polite I was still ranting about JustEat. The manager wasn’t able to help me as the issue was entirely JUSTEAT, but when I re-ordered not only did the lovely man make sure the driver called me when leaving and arriving; but threw in a little extra for me for the the inconvenience! Thank you to the manager (& team) on shift tonight! You sir, are a bloody legend and I hope you win the lottery and can quit working for KFC so you stop getting phone calls from people...

Poor Service, food is much of a muchness in KFC. This store though has one of the worst customer service I have ever come across in a KFC and that is saying something. I got scowled at from the moment I walked in there. Don't know if it was because I was wearing a suit. The till staff snapped at me what do you want. I gave my order which they where clearly not listening to even though it was very quite in there. I had to repeat the order 3 times and my speech is clear with no accent . I then got the wrong order for take away. When I had asked for eat in. When I asked them to correct my order the person at the till actually kissed there teeth huffed and corrected part of the order. Even though I did not want to ask again. I did got an eye role and the rest of my order corrected. I am very polite and say my P's & Q's so was very shocked at this. I will never return to this franchise and recommend you...

The service was really poor especially by the team leader 'Lola I presume' she was really rude. Just poor customer service.

I ordered online to do a collection via the app, got to kfc and a lady answered the intercom and I mentioned that I was coming to do a collection, she then started speaking to other staff members for quite some time and didn't get back to me, so I decided to drive to the window and explained to a male staff that I was collecting an order he then told his team leader, she came to the window shouting, ' why didn't you tell us at the intercoms?' As I'm explaining she just left and never came back. So rude.
