Extremely disappointed with this establishment. Firstly it is by far the worst take away I have had. The food was clearly pre-made and frozen as the potatoes and spinach were like mush and had no flavour. The Jalfrezi if you can call it that was vile, and again like water and not tomato based like this particular curry is supposed to be. The bread was rock hard without any coconut inside so it has left me wondering whether any of it was fresh. I called them as soon as I got home with this food to express my disappointed and to allow them the opportunity to rectify in which I was offered a free item next time I order. Respectfully I would never eat from here again and requested my money back. I was told they would call me back and I still haven’t received any call so not only am I extremely disappointed with the food quality but now also the service. Please take my advice and avoid! I also returned the food as requested as I did not eat it due to how disgusting it was to then be told my owner he would refund me, I chased them for 9 days to then be told yesterday evening he would not! EDIT: The waiter made me and my friend VERY uncomfortable by making an inappropriate comment just before we left. As I stood up to leave (after leaving a 5 star review after being encouraged to leave a review and having found the place a very enjoyable restaurant for dinner), the waiter took my coat and asked if he could help me put it on. As I said no thank you I will go to the loo first, he said, “because I like to dress women…. And I like to undress them too’. This comment made me and the other person who was having dinner with me (also female) very uncomfortable.

Great food and service as usual.The flavours are moving towards a more authentic Nepalese base under Rupesh, the new owner since 5 months is now quietly putting his mark on the restaurant. Myself a local and many friends have been using the restaurant for some 20 years and continue to do so.Too note that this restaurant has weathered so much over the past 4-5 years and is still here, where 5 other Indian cuisine restaurants in the area have closed their doors says so much.
