Kokoro Morden — Restaurant in London

Me and my friend bought the noodles rice and chicken on our lunch break yesterday this morning woke up with upset stomach but brushed it of..I arrived at work and I was stuck in and out the toilet all morning coming out from both ends to the point we had to leave work early because we were in that much pain and using the toilet majority of the time …we then returned to the shop and I asked the kind lady who served us yesterday to speak to the manager, he was very rude and told me he wants to see a hospital report I explained to him this is the only food we ate yesterday and that’s what it’s done to us we where trying to make him aware he then turnt and said to us we are the only ones complaining and rudely walked of back to the kitchen I honestly am so shocked at the way he spoke to paying customers will never be eating there again…… SAVE YOUR MONEY...

I had a terrible experience at KOKORO in Morden. After eating there, I ended up in A&E with confirmed food poisoning, intense pain, and dehydration. When I returned to inform the staff politely (not to cause trouble but to make them aware), I was called a liar, yelled at by management and kitchen staff, and humiliated in front of customers.

Despite calmly explaining the situation and offering medical proof, they refused a refund, showed no concern for public safety, and treated me with shocking disrespect. My partner also had food poisoning after eating there, so this wasn’t an isolated incident.

I left the restaurant in tears and shaking. No customer should be treated like this. Food safety is a serious matter and I’ll be reporting this to the council and relevant...

I came in late today (Saturday eve) around 7.30pm looking for cucumber maki that my daughter requested. They were unfortunately out of stock, which I understood as it was late. I asked just in case and was told apologetically that they were sold out. I said thank you and was about to leave when another lady member of staff overheard my asking and said she could make me a box in a few moments! Wow, exceptional customer service! Both front of house ladies were helpful kind and friendly. I really loved that while I waited for my udon I saw them helping each other out to get delivery orders done quickly. Positive teamwork!...
