I've tried shopping here a few times to be sure I wasn't just getting something on a bad day. I've had to pour out the coffee every time after a sip or two (cappuccino, latte, flat white), it's just very low quality. The ingredients in the sandwiches are good but the bread is terrible and definitely not fresh. Customer service is ok; I've never had to endure anything too rude but I have witnessed it.
