Perfetta Pizzeria — Restaurant in London

Placed an order with this restaurant whilst staying at a near by hotel, may I add this restaurant was advertised on my hotel menu as offering quick delivery and room service. 1 hour 50 minutes later I still had no delivery. After calling the restaurant 2 times and told the food was on its way I waited. I then received a call from the hotel reception, they said ‘you’re food has been dumped here and the driver has ran off’ I have just paid £5 delivery including room service. Once I got my order from reception I realised half of my order was missing and what I had received was stone cold. I called the restaurant for the 3rd time and was told by a very rude man ‘what do you want me to do about it, I don’t know what has happened’. I requested a full refund in which the reply was I don’t know how to do this, I will find out from my manager and call you back. They did not call back and when I continued to call after this my calls then started to be ignored. As a warning to people who may order from this restaurant please don’t. You will loose your money. The food is horrible, bland and no flavour, the owner lives out of touch with reality in regards as to how much his food is worth. His pizzas are priced at around 12 pounds, more than places like Franco Manca and Pizza Pilgrims and you can tell he uses the cheapest possible ingredients and reheats the food in the microwave (the starters, not the pizza)

But the main reason why I am writing this review, which initially I wasn't going to is because after paying a whopping 35 pounds for a terrible meal the owner had the cheek to want to charge me 50p extra for paying with card.

Then when I tried to use Amex, he said "Oh this doesn't work so well with our machine" So I pointed to the sticker he has on the window that says we accept Amex here and he said "oh that was before, we don't accept them anymore" playing stupid.

And then get this, because is borderline comedy, he says to me:

"If your card is local the charge is 50p, otherwise I have to charge you 2.50"

Who the hell does that? No one! The seller doesn't get charge extra if the card is foreign, he was just trying to con me out of more money.

I do NOT recommend. I received the worst service I've received from any establishment in a very long time. While staying at a nearby hotel I placed an order for delivery at Perfetta. It never showed up. I called this place, they were incredibly rude. When I first called to inquire about the order, they said they never received it, and then they said it was delivered to my hotel. It's important to know they did not inquire my name, the order I placed, or my confirmation number. When I called my hotel, they said they did not have my order. When I called the pizzeria again to tell them the hotel did not have it and request a refund the man told he didn't know anything about it and hung up on me!
