Lebanese Kitchen — Restaurant in London

By far the worse kebab we ever had. I would not recommend unless you want to feel ripped off. When we buy kebab, and we had quite few from many different restaurants, we always buy large Donner and share between two of us. With all other kebabs, not only we were both always full up, but had leftovers for next day. The large kebab I bought in this place was smaller than regular in all other places we ever dined. The meat looked nothing like in any other places where the meat is cut in slivers like shape. This was like small chunks of fat, gristle and vains. There was literally more red cabbage than meat in the box. And it cost £10 with chips. Disgusting....

Food is pretty good. What I’m unhappy about is on Oct 9 @3:30pm, the man cooking & at the front of the house either has really bad math or purposely over-charged me £21 for a £20 meal. I ordered a £5 falafel salad & £15 Lamb/rice/salad dish. I’m very clearly a foreigner and immigrated to the UK three weeks ago. Unaware that there shouldn’t be any additional fees (in the US I’m accustomed to a surcharge of some sort or taxes), a local later said the menu price should be the final charge. Not cool. I havent had a meal here before but a few days ago I was standing in front of it waiting for my uber with tons of weight in my backpack and a guy (probably the owner of the place) invited me inside very kindly as the weather was not that great. He saw me hesitating and said “dont worry i wont charge you” 🥲 i think it was such a kind behaviour from a stranger to a stranger and i genuinely believe it is impossible for someone with such delicacy to have bad service&food!
