M&S Café — Restaurant in London

This Saturday, me and my partner we went shopping at westfield, stratford. Previously, we ate at the eateries on the upper floor and must i say it was aweful, one it was too expensive and not so good food. We were thinking of trying a restaurant and ended up shopping at M and S, must admit, Our experience at the cafe was better than some of the restaurants; the food, the people, the ambience and the cleanliness was all spot on. The lady serving us at the tills (najawa or najma with the scarf) was very courteous to help us in choosing what else was available as it was late afternoon and some of the items on the menu had finished by then but she was very kind and found something that we would like and suggested options suitable to our tastes. The lady who brought the food, with her wide brimming smile. It doesnt cost anything to be good and humble. We definitely would visit here again. Love...

My daughter and myself went to Tunbridge Wells M&S café which we always eat at as there is no-where else bar McDonalds and normally we are very satisfied with the food. I love my fish and chips and tartar sauce and always order them when I am out as a special treat! I am sure the fish was not cod as it looked more like a big fish finger. It was a small fillet with none of the fleshy flakes that is normal to cod but rather a compressed fish and could have been any white fish ie coley. The portions were so small apart from the mushy peas that we thought I had been served a child's portion. There was no tartar sauce and my daughter went to the food hall to buy a pot for a £1. Very disappointing. The staff however were lovely and I did get a refund on my plate which is why I have awarded the cafe 3 stars. The soup and the Beef Chili my daughter ordered...

This places is amazing went on a bank holiday, the atmosphere of the store was great, clean and tidy well lit and linked to underground and buses being at Westfield shopping centre, originally went to view for retail side of things and was very impressed on vast amounts of products, was quite lucky that there was a bank holiday sale up to 70% off selected items, bought some Egyptian cotton bath towel on reduction and they were so soft and high quality, noticing a caffe area cashier ladies super friendly bought a Victoria sponge cake and teas, the pot of tea and cake was so tasty fluffy light, tea pot size so good and refreshing the atmosphere of the restaurant cafe was amazingly good staff very friendly and the equipment well organised enjoyed...
