Awful experience. Drinks took longer as the one waiter was disturbed on a couple of occasions with what seemed to be the owner, who was catching a flight and asking whether the server had packed his dog food in his wheelie. - besides the point of bad service. I then watched him make our order - simple - a hot chocolate, an orange juice and a beer. The hot chocolate was made, beer was poured in the tap but the orange juice, which may I add, is the main reason why I’m writing this review in the first place, was not made fresh but looked like it has been poured in the morning into a wine glass & the marks on the glass was clear to say it wasn’t made fresh - to make it worse, I was watching him and he went no where near the orange maker. When He brought my £5.50 orange juice over, I was in shock - MAXIMUM two oranges if that, the smallest amount for the price - shocking! When questioning him if he’d made it fresh - I’d watched, he didn’t, he lied and said yes. I then proceeded to say “for £5.50 you’re giving me something that wasn’t made fresh & couldn’t cost more than £3!!! The waiter didn’t seem to care about my disbelief. The juice was warm, I had to ask for some ice. It was drank in two sips and the waiter never cared to ask if anything was ok. JUST TO MENTION - we were the only ones in the cafe. We live in the apartments around the corner - shall NOT be going back again and will be telling our community !...

I had an absolutely delightful experience at this authentic Italian restaurant. From the moment I stepped in, the warm and inviting atmosphere transported me straight to Italy. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who made me feel like a valued guest throughout the meal.

The menu boasted a remarkable variety of traditional Italian dishes, and every bite was a taste of culinary perfection. The flavors were rich and genuine, showcasing the chef's dedication to authenticity. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the sauces were a symphony of flavors that danced on my palate.

What truly set this restaurant apart was the impeccable service. The staff's knowledge of the menu was impressive, and their recommendations were spot-on. Their genuine passion for Italian cuisine and dedication to ensuring a memorable dining experience was evident in every interaction.

Whether it was the mouthwatering food, the charming ambiance, or the exceptional service, every aspect of this restaurant exuded excellence. Without a doubt, I will be returning to savor more of their culinary treasures and bask in the warm hospitality that made this visit truly...

This place is a local gem. I was fortunate to be staying just down the street, and was able to visit twice before leaving town. Chanel, the manager, is full of personality, kindness, and hospitality. Her recognizable voice will greet you when you enter and cater to you till the moment you leave. The service is top notch, with a personal touch. And the food? The food is delicious! You can have a proper Italian coffee, or try the "Chanel" fresh squeezed juice drink with carrot, orange, ginger, and celery. The cafe's chef, Meily, is as talented as she is beautiful. The pastel de nata with fresh raspberries was one of the best I've ever eaten. The omelet with Italian ham & mushroom (+ I had them add cheese) was tasty, filling, and beautifully plated with fresh greens, carrots, cucumber, and tomato. The cafe is clean and cozy inside, a great place to sit and hang out. I highly recommend this place, whether you're a local, or a visitor like me...

I’d consider myself a regular here and I cannot rate this place highly enough. The staff are wonderful, treat me like family. The decor is chic, the glassware and silverware is always impeccably clean and the food is exceptional, where do I start?? The pizza margherita, with chilli oil is one of the best around, I’ve had better pizza here than in Naples. The crab ravioli is also delightful. Ok… the main event - the tiramisu. 10/10 delicious, and the staff assure me it’s definitely healthy ;) Finally, if you have an addictive personality like me, I implore you to stay well away from the Pistachio croissants. - These are in a league of their own. I’ve spent much time in Paris and I can assure you these are world class. If you’re in the area, definitely make a visit to see for yourself just how excellent this place is.
