Dare to complain. We waited nearly two hours for our main course. When we complained that people who came after us had received their food we were told by the chef patron There is no charge I know you have been 20-30 times before but please don't come back. We were astounded. We did not want a free meal we just wanted apology and may be an incentive to return again like a drink on the house next time. How is this a way to run a business to turn away regular customers .The truth is that the Chef said he cannot take the stress . What's he doing in a kitchen then? The fact that he did not have the staff and the ones that he did were not trained the way he wants including front of house. Who's fault is that? Not mine. So why take it out on me And my family. Very disinchanted. Bad business. For a restaurant with great food but shocking service...

This being my first time in Ealing (I was visiting a friend) on their recommendation we went to Momento and I was not disappointed. The restaurant is charming with fantastic staff who are simply brilliant at waiting on and catering to your every need. They are friendly, polite and very knowledgeable about their menu and helpful in every regard. Now, the food. There's no other way to say it: It was fantastic. I rarely eat 3 courses but I couldn't resist here. Each course was just too good. Great portions at a great price. So many more things on the menu that I want to try. This is the best kept secret in Ealing! Absolutely incredible, authentic and fresh Italian food served in a lovely setting. We came to Madero for a date night and were blown away by the warm and friendly service, and even more so by the food!

We shared scallops, calamari and bruschetta to start, then for mains linguine alle vongole and penne melanzane - it was so, so good! We cannot wait to come back and get these dishes again and again!

It's an ideal date night location with a lovely ambience, but equally we're excited to bring friends for pasta and prosecco and show them this absolute hidden gem!
