I have always been a loyal customer and regularly ordered delivery, since I live just one mile away. On the website, it clearly states that delivery is free within 4 miles — and I have never been charged any fee. This time, my boyfriend accidentally selected 'collection' instead of delivery. They called us to confirm, probably because they noticed we hadn't come to collect the order (and they might be used to customers making this kind of mistake). We explained that it was a mistake and asked if they could deliver as usual. They then said they would only deliver if we paid an extra £5 fee. I questioned this, as the website clearly states free delivery within 4 miles. Instead of acknowledging this, they insisted on charging us, as if taking advantage of our small error to justify an extra charge we were not expecting. The delivery driver was polite and just doing his job, but the issue here is not the money — it’s the lack of honesty and transparency. I know their service well and have always received free delivery before, so I am sure this was not right. Ordered a Chicken Tikka Pizza and Chicken Spicy Wings from Mama's Pizza in Brixton, but the experience was nothing short of disappointing. The initial interaction with the order taker, Mukhtar Ahmed (According to him, beard short guy), was unprofessional and rude. He seemed indifferent and treated us disrespectfully, making us feel like we were bothering him.

When I made my order online, I was sent an email to say that my order is pending and I will recieve another email in up to two minutes to say if my order has been approved or rejected. Half an hour later I've still received no email so I called to ask if my order has been approved. I was told that yes my order is out for delivery now. I NEVER received any food, and only eight hours later I received an email stating that my order has been rejected...
