Terrible experience, I usually don't eat at McDonald's, but as this is quick and convenient I have visited this store few times recently. 1. Don't expect what are you going to order. I have opted out for the same wrap and the taste and ingredients were not as stated in description while ordering. I have been missing key ingredients as well as mayo, when I have decided after number of bad experiences to talk politely with manager A. She was very authoritative and talked to me on condescending, patronising ways even though I am 40 years old person, she was yelling at me like I am small child in front of the other customers, I challenged her and explained her calmly again my situation, that if I order something where in description is written there will be certain ingredients and I am missing those, I would appreciate if her attitude is not that she is blaming me for me being wrong, as in this situation she is only one wrong, because of her attitude problems and zero conflict resolution skills. Blaming customer coming around to calmly let her know that there are always ingredients missing while ordering same item is not acceptable. This store should face some strict service inspection and there is plenty of room for improvement. While the food made there is not according to description, as it should, as well as the customer service is the poorest, I have ever experienced during my life, management is not there to support the client or customer, but rather to go against it. Yelling at the customer, trying tell them they are wrong and behaving in very childish ways, it's something I wouldn't expect. Also I would be interested to find out why only certain people from certain background works here in majority? Does this reflect transparency and equality? Why the food taste like it's made in their country rather than to fulfil expectations and order of their customers? It's very important to keep the flavor according to what it should be and ingredients that are already in description rather than to experiment with these according to someone else preference. Read moreI ordered a delivery through the Mac Donald’s app. My food arrived in seven minutes and I live about 3/4 of a mile away. Arrived with Happy meal boxes folded as they arrive from their warehouse, customised kids, burgers, wrongly made and two items which were meant for the single parent completely missing. I was offered a pitiful £3 refund for the missing items and this is beyond insulting. It would be great if the staff could you slow down a bit and make sure that they doing a proper job. The food that they are putting out of the kitchen is nothing short of a disgrace. I am left feeling very silly with myself having decided to order myself, some food, along with my kids after deliberating whether I should or should not for quite awhile this evening. Obviously I should’ve gone with my gut instinct and avoided.
I will never be eating at McDonald’s ever again, and this franchise is an absolute joke.
On top of this, McDonald’s has some kind of partnership with Uber eats, and together they sidestep proper customer service, claiming that senior management on the phone lines of customer support can only offer a refund of list items. Any decently run business would offer to re-deliver the items that are missing but, this is no decently run business.
Absolute disgraceful organisation and will never get my business ever again. I will also be disputing the charge with my credit card company because what they delivered to me, is shocking...
Read moreI went with my 4 years old son. After we ordered we waited 35 min for happy meal and wrap with iced coffee. My toddler was maid to wait standing up on his feet for 35 minutes. No-one explained anything. Few times we were told to move away because we are on the way of the pseudo manager who did nothing to resolve the issue . I'm absolutely disappointed and disgusted On top of it My chicken was raw and I throw it in the bin I will never ever went there again and McDonald's is big no from me from now on. Useless workers and management. I will honestly never ever eat in McDonald's again I know that no measures will be taken and same incompetent workers will continue to work there so do you yourself a favour and don't ever go! On top of that 35 min wait standing up and the raw chicken we weren't offered any compensation or even a simple,,I'm sorry " Currently I'm writing to Gravity and Wandsworth shopping centre where we spent more than 150£ . At the end of everything my son was crying from hunger and pain in his legs and there was few more crying tired babies.
