It's probably the worst McDonald's restaurant/franchise in the UK where they break every single rule and policy of McDonald's despite raising thus with McDonald's customer service team, an email to CEO and Newham Borough trading standard team, nothing has been done to address the issues. The common practice is that they do not use date and time stickers on their food, (this is a McDonald's policy) so they sell it beyond the expiry or freshness guarantee time/date (illegal profiteering). On one occasion, when I highlighted that there is no Date/Time sticker on my food the staff member took it inside and placed the stickers on it wasn't eve sure when the food was prepared when I challenged him he said he's been told it is not necessary. Instead of addressing the issue of breach of policies on 3 occasions, I was fogged off by McDonald's customer service team with the offers of free value meal vouchers and been told that food is safe to eat??? My question to McDonald's is if the food is safe so why have the stickers on the items??? If anyone from McDonald's or the restaurant has any questions or wants to see my previous correspondence with the company, please feel free to reply to this review with your contact information. However, I strongly believe that despite sending emails to CEO, nothing has been done to rectify this illegal practice at this franchise.

I mostly place drive thru orders and almost every time they serve me cold food but this time I was not going to take it , I asked the lady to get hot chicken selects for me and she asked me to check if selects were hot enough for me , so I just touched the food with my bare hands and returned it . She asked me to wait 10 minutes for fresh selects , which I didn’t minded and ones I got my food n on the way I realised she fried the same selects n due to double frying selects became rock hard and tasted extremely dried and bitter .I was in shock how can you put the food in fryer when it’s touched by someone’s bare hands ??? She should have disposed the selects which I touched . She contaminated the whole fryer . I don’t understand when drive thru didn’t had any other car why would these guys always rush ? Why can’t these guys serve hot food when it’s totally quiet ? Most of the staff is always rude I am talking about most of the Asians ladies who serve at drive thru , they don’t even say thank you or welcome , at least handover the food with a smile .

"I've visited this McDonald's a few times, and unfortunately, each visit has had its own issue. While these problems may seem minor, they're still frustrating. On my first visit, I realized I had no barbecue or ketchup sauce once I was too far away to return. The next day, I ordered a mayo chicken burger for eat -in. When it arrived, I discovered it was completely devoid of mayonnaise. To my disappointment, when I asked for some additional mayonnaise, I was informed that they had run out. Tonight, I experienced a third issue. Despite the large "Open 24 Hours" sign, the restaurant closed at 11:00 PM. This inconsistency is confusing and inconvenient. It would be great if this McDonald's could address these recurring problems. Clear communication and accurate information would go a long way in improving customer satisfaction." I m not sure i will ever go back in there.

Worst experience ever had... Arrived at drive thru at 4.50 with main menu still displayed. Tried to order 2 big tasty meals but was told only breakfast available. Placed order for breakfast instead and was told to go to next window to pay. When I got to the first window it was closed as there was no one present. So I drove to the next window because it was open. When I got to the window I was told to go back to the first window to pay. I had told the person at this window that there was no one to take my payment but he insisted someone was there. When I went back to the first window it took two mins for a staff member to arrive, however the staff member was playing about with another staff member tickling each other. When they had done playing about he had asked me what my order was again because somehow it got deleted of the system by its self. So I told him my order again and when he had asked me to make the payment he asked what I was going to pay with and I said card. He gave me the card machine to make the payment but took it back without any explanation to as why and walked away. After five mins of waiting he had came to the window and presented the card machine to me without any apology for the waiting time or inconvenience. When I finally completed the payment I drove up to the next window to collect my order. I was given my drinks and told to go to the next window to wait for my food which will be a bit of a wait as it still needs to be cooked. After waiting for 7 mins more I finally get my food. When arriving home to enjoy my meal I find out I've been over charged for something I didn't ask for and worst of all did not even get. I would actually give this store A negative 20 if I could but 1 is the Limit. I am not the type of person to complain or write a review but if I'm willing to write this review at 05.53 in the morning it must tell u something. I find it absolutely appalling to have to wait 20 mins to get my order from McDonald's. They gave a new definition...

Don't try to get food or a drink during late evening or night: it says that it's a 24 hours open McDonald's but it is only for the drive-through and the delivery service. Half London's citizens use public transport and feet to go everywhere and the management crazily decided to do not serve those people during late evening and night without even putting the minimum notice on a panel outside the shop. If you're thinking to get served from the drive-through window, instead from inside the shop, you'll obtain nothing: the person at the window was telling me that the day before the management gave a warning to one of the colleagues because that guy served a customer like me from the window... so the people there couldn't help me even if they wanted to and some know me from long time too. They were too scared to do not have the job anymore.

Dear management, if your problem is bad/unpleasant/unwanted/problematic people during those hours.... bring back a good security service... is that so difficult? Instead of pushing away loyal customers (and also former employees from the same branch or other branches) and terrorising employees while they're supposed to do their normal job? Shame on you management!!! I want to know a good and valid reason to behave in such way.... wake up, you've got serious problems and that's certain...

It's absurd that I had to make a delivery order just to get a hot drink because I didn't feel well in that moment. And I was just outside your door. Even the delivery guy was embarrassed because of the situation. A McDonald's delivery order... with destination... McDonald's address.... come on... crazily ridiculous!

Again,...

A spacious and clean restaurant, offering a good selection of burgers, drinks and desserts. Prices are reasonable and on most days there is place to sit and eat. This is also a drive thru restaurant and I think that was one of its selling points when this opened in the 1990s. There are many McDonalds restaurants in the world, but when they built this one, they invested it with love. Their Semi-Skimmed milk is a terrific drink in its own right, and the Happy Meals are packed with such care and precision, the artisanal quality of the work never ceases to impress. I like their carrot and fruit bags, I like their pineapple sticks which seem to come and go on the menu. The pineapple sticks are worth the visit on its own. I have eaten at the fanciest restaurants, and I have gone from one end of the UK to the other, but nothing is quite as homely and as welcoming as this McDonalds. I always avoid the burgers, fries and milkshakes, as well as their breakfast, but I have always enjoyed their tap water, the fruit selection, and the semi-skimmed milk (sometimes I even have two!!). The Happy Meal is OK as long as you just get the fish fingers, fruit and orange juice/water. I never have the burgers and fries. No, I could do without them. I could sure do without them. All this fried stuff is so unbecoming of this place, but you can make healthier choices. Get the black tea, marvel at the embossed napkins and the beautiful Golden Arches outside, and let the sachets of sweeteners give...
