McDonald's — Restaurant in London

DO NOT COME! I’m updating this comment as some new unacceptable thing just happened in this restaurant. Today my friend ordered breakfast here and got it late for a while. The staff said she had to change it as the food got cold, and next time she will charge her for the late collection. Firstly, we never asked you to change the cold food for us; secondly, I’d like to know based on what condition can McDonald charge its customers for being late to collect, can you show me the document? And saying this with an extremely impatient, impolite and unprofessional attitude is just awful. We’ve visited more than 80 McDonald restaurants all around the world for over 1000 times and never have we had such terrible experience with this world famous brand! Below is my original comment: As a McDonald lover living nearby honestly I go to this restaurant at least twice a week. Sadly hardly had one here that would spend even a little bit of their extra time dealing with any kinds of special requirements of customers. Most of the service can already be replaced by robots which do not even need to be an AI and the service quality won’t have an actual difference, because even one or two of them tried to be nice which I won’t deny, more of them simply take your order and give you the food and would get impatient if you ask about anything else. Dangerous experience. I have checked the fast food directly after my arrival to London-Luton airport from Europe as a first stop from the airport (as a first stop on the bus transfer route to London downtown). I ordered premium burger announced as “Special seasonal offer - Steakhouse” for full price with no discount on the order. I received as you can see - moldy bun. I spoke to the shop management; they accepted fault; and provided new one; BUT they gave me 3 times moldy bun burgers. I saw how they threw moldy burgers in to garbage; amazing; like king Magic Johnson 🏀; always for 3 points score. Finally restaurant management gave up and provided me with Big Mac for that money for premium seasonal burger and free fries on top. Thanks 🙏. Let me conclude; next time I am not sure whether I do my stop in the restaurant; but always there might be chance for improvement given; maybe I do find another on the transfer from the airport to the downtown. … and restaurant was...
