I ate in here with a colleague. The restaurant wasn't busy as it was early on a Monday evening. It was a bit chilly inside but a minor thing. We were given a complimentary taster of olives and a squid salsa which was delicious. We ordered a sharing meat platter which was enormous even for two big lads and they still offered to top it up with more chicken which we politely declined. The service was efficient, engaging and ultra friendly. We left feeling full and happy with an over riding feeling of a lovely experience. Worst experience ever!!! We arrived and we had to sit ourselves down and only after 10 mins did the waitress come and give us a menu. She asked if we wanted bread on the house and I said please, and when the bill came I was charged £2.50 for ONE TINY roll that I thought was on the house. The food was cold and undercooked. And when we got home we all felt really sick!! Will never go there again and we have loads of Portuguese family and friends and they will never go there too, and news travels...

We were the only customers, but when our bill came, the table identifier was "old women". My friend, who lives in Acton, and I are in our early 60's and do not consider ourselves old. Why even put this there when we were the only customers? A complete insult to their customers. The food was poor.
