Ok, lets start with the positive, food was ok, just standard nothing much to say otherwise, however that's where all the positive stopped in this restaurant. If any one wants to buy stress and horrible experience with their hard earned money than this is the place for you. Service quality and standard is the worst I have seen in London. The Asian looking girl with an imposed American accent who was on duty and took our order, was rude beyond belief. To put things in perspective, we were told initially that our order would take 25 mins as we ordered Chicken Karahi, because it takes time to prepare that but that was fine I guess. And when food came, there were only plates given to us but no cutlery, i.e. spoon, fork or table knife. We I asked for some cutlery, and for some bizarre unknown reason she did not want to give me any cutlery even though there were hundreds stacked behind the till/counter. She made me make my case (begging for it) as to why I need cutlery, and with a very condescending snooty attitude she made me feel thoroughly disrespected and to my utter disbelief she suggested that we should use and eat with our hands and fingers and not spoons/forks etc. There were other customers in different tables watching us in amusement and supposed skepticism as to what was happening here. I have my fair share or experience going to restaurants in country and outside, but I must say this was the first I was told anything like this in any restaurant. We order 3 items, two were served and when we were more than half way through eating, the other item still did not appear and I enquired and the Asian girl told me that it would take long to prepare the item, but funny enough the item was a just kebab roll not a slow cooked stew item, not sure how long does it take to make a kebab roll? All in all, my verdict is, the restaurant could do better if they replace this arrogant waitress who clearly does not like her job and implies that she is bigger and better than the poor people come to this restaurant to eat. Avoid this place at all cost and if you still decide to go there thinking is a fake review like many other alleged reviews here, you may kindly check, you cant complain, because you have...

From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with the warm, inviting aroma of traditional spices and the comforting ambiance that mirrors the heart of Pakistan. The menu is a delightful journey through the regions of Pakistan, offering everything from rich, creamy butter chicken to perfectly chargrilled seekh kebabs and fragrant biryani. Each dish is crafted with precision, balancing bold flavours and vibrant presentation. The haleem and nihari are especially worth trying — slow-cooked to perfection and bursting with deep, traditional taste. Beyond the food, what truly makes this restaurant stand out is the exceptional service. We were served by Sami and Saira, and both went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. Sami was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable about the menu, offering thoughtful suggestions based on our preferences. Saira was equally attentive, ensuring our table was always well taken care of with a friendly smile and graceful efficiency. The atmosphere is a wonderful blend of comfort and culture, with tasteful décor and soft background music that transports you straight to Lahore or Karachi. Whether you’re visiting for a family dinner, a casual lunch, or even a special occasion, this restaurant offers an experience that’s both flavourful and heartwarming. Highly recommended — not just for the food, but for the genuine hospitality and Pakistani charm that shines through every...
Read moreOrdered via uber eats the following items: Whole chicken with fries x 2 Lamb samosa A can of drink
Both fries and the samosa were overcooked, it was hard as rocks. The driver delivered my food in 6 minutes, so you can't blame the driver. Both whole chickens were uncut, I was expecting these to be quartered which is the norm for most restaurants. Both chickens tasted very dry as well, even though they were coated in sauce. There should also be a choice of flavours including a 'no sauce (just grilled)' option for the chicken, rather than the default peri sauce which I found to be too lemony. Drinks should also be in a separate bag. Both fries and the samosa were overcooked, it was hard as rocks. The driver delivered my food in 6 minutes, so you can't blame the driver. This was the third time I ordered from this restaurant. The first two times was alright, not great but alright. Their lamb samosa was the best, but today's order...
